Mu Lung arrived in EMS less then a month ago. Seems pretty neat. It’s got some eyes that I want but some that I wouldn’t give a second glance at. Some pretty neat hairstyles too including one to rival my Singapore fave, the Ballroom Classic. By the time Christmas comes they should have the VIP coupons out so it will be decision time.

Dealing with idiots is no fun since the only “insult” the can think of is ‘noob’. I want an intelligent debate for a change, but then that’s why I like my buddylist and guild. Speaking of which someone did an en-mass kicking and tried to frame me for it. Kinda backfired though since the guild leader knows I don’t do that and the fact that a guild message said that I’d done it was a bit obvious. If I’m going to do something naughty I follow the rule of not crapping on your own doorstep if you get what I mean I also follow the 11th commandment of “if you’re going to do something naughty, don’t get caught”. read more

I’ve given up on LPQ due to too many bad parties.

Mateon Tentacles are a GREAT source of mesos (I’ve been selling them for 1K each without trouble).

I have finally hit level 40 after much grinding, KSers, failed selling attempts, etc. I grinded the whole way because LPQing is near impossible up until level 40.

Now I have what is possibly the most annoying quest, even more annoying then Blackbull’s Deed, on my list. Yep, the Alfonse Quest. I never got the Nep. Honey even on my level 45 cleric. At least with Blackbull’s Deed you can combine it with the kill 999 Curse Eyes Quest and have the chance to get pots or a scroll (plus Curse Eyes drop some pretty decent stuff if I remember rightly). Also the main Nependeath map only has 4 Neps. and quite frankly is a bit of a KSing hotspot. Mind you at least you can’t vac there and you’re not going to get mobbed. read more

OK so I make some trades that go smoothly, I’ve been doing this Valentine’s event and cursing the non stackable chocolate. I’ve also levelled up and got a load of 60% scrolls for XBow for Att.

Anyways I try and PQ with little luck. I even get booted from the party in favour for a Crossbowman who wields a bow instead of a Crossbow. Anyways I get into this party and we get in. All of a sudden the leader, LordprophiT, goes on about smuggling and I’m like “I specified a non smuggling party” he’s like “why”? I explain that they’ve banned for it already in GMS and they’ll do it in EMS too. He’s like “oh they haven’t done it yet” and I’m like “I am not going to be anywhere near ground zero when this explodes”. read more

I’ve had no luck PQing. Apparently you’re a total noob at level 35 despite actually knowing what you’re doing from having played GMS before and done the LPQ there.

So I resigned myself to Teddies. Last night some little noob called MyLastBreath went up to me and went “cc plz” I told him that I was here first (which I was). He went “so?” and started to try and KS me, with abysmal failure. After that he kept calling me a sl*t over and over. In the end I got fed up of him and went “stop confusing me for your mother” (bad I know but I don’t have time for this sort of moron). His reply was “don’t confuse me for your dad” (even lamer seeing as that’s just pretty much a carbon copy of what I said). read more

So I tried getting into LPQ today. So many smugglers I just don’t want to think about it. Anyways one particular smuggler got pissy because I made it clear that I wasn’t going to PQ with smugglers and left the party at the end of the PQ. He berated me via whispers and called me a noob and stuff. I told him to leave me alone but he insisted on being a stupid **snip**. I had to log off just to get of him. read more

Sorry I haven’t written in a long time. Things have been rather busy both in and out of Maple. I traded with one guy who tried begging afterwards. You can imagine that I wasn’t very happy and instead of giving him positive, I gave him neutral saying why I did that.

I also gave up training at Leattys on floor 6 of Orbis Tower since too many people were passing by whilst killing the spawn (and potentially ruining it since the map is rather small). If you’re going to pass through, just pass through and touch nothing. Besides MP pots cost more then HP pots and the Relaxer is free so if you can’t handle that then don’t go through the area. read more

I was training in level 6 of the Orbis Tower and you know there’s this mass of Leattys on the top. I sometimes just DS the lot of them until enough die to restore the spawn on the bottom half of the floor. So I was there on the bottom spawn when this dude comes along and finishes the kills on the top spawn. I noticed this because I saw a mass of “you have gained exp” messages Now because I’d done more damage to them then he did I got the drops. The drops happened to include a scroll. read more

Been trying my hand at a little selling using Basil Market. So far some things have sold, one person didn’t even bother to reply or even answered any attempt to contact me (that guy got my first negative feedback). If he’d PM’d back and said he wasn’t interested in the item I would’ve just put it back on auction straight away. read more

Got into a good PQ party today. Got into 2 PQs before I had to leave for lunch. Also got a 10% scroll for overall for dex and Lightning Earrings out of them both. Neither of them are for sale before anyone asks. A good result on top of the level up I got from the last one.

I’m now level 29 and I’m going to hunt Cloud Foxes for Hanako’s second Foxtail quest and in the hopes of getting an Eagle Crow (one can hope huh?). I got what I wanted from the KPQ so I’m going to let that slide a little and do some questing until level 30. I’m going to be a Xbowman in case anyone’s interested and I don’t plan on doing an FA based build. First point will be going into IA (Iron Arrow) just for the mobbing and then I’m probably pumping Mastery until I stop seeing “1”s. read more
