I, Paterack7, hereby proclaim that I am officially quitting MapleStory. Before you leave, please read on with the rest of my blog.
I am leaving because of various reasons, but mainly because I do not get the joy I get out of playing than what I used to before. My friend also disbanded my guild that I tried so hard to keep alive. I spent over 17m because of expansion, the emblem, and prizes for events that I occasionally held.
So… I got on, for the first time in… 1.5 weeks? I decided to hunt Cakes for Presents/Maple Items. Boy did that go well.
First off, I would like to say that, Cakes are my life. Not only do they taste good, but they sure helped me a lot.
So here I was, trying to defend the map I was originally in from an incoming party of two Assassins and one Bandit. I, alone, was owning them. However, one of the Assassins killed a Cake and it dropped Maple Wagner. I, upon instinct, rushed towards it. Then I just stood on top of it. Being the idiot he is, he just left (o_O). I looted it, the first Maple Weapon I found in 2007. Too bad it was 56 attack (2 below). I ended up giving it to my friend, SavageKirby.
So I was really bored the other day and I decided to track my guildmates. I followed them around, trained with some a bit, and eventually got bored a bit later. Then I decided to go look for some deals in FM. I walked around for maybe 10 minutes and then I saw something extraordinary. Three DRs for just 1.1m. So you think it’s above average right? WRONG!
Okay since this isn’t getting much looks/likes I’ll post it on here.
The Magician
You start out weak, very weak. You may see those future warriors owning you at Maple Island but dont worry, your time will come. While you suck you may ask, why choose a magician?

We circled around each other, much like what happened in the gym.
Once again, he lunged at me first. I wasnt quite ready for it and he hit me in the foot. I immediately equipped the Deadly Fin Patrick gave me, and stabbed him. It wasnt enough though, the hit made just a mere dent in his heavy armor. Daniel took his Holy Spear at tried to aim it at my head. I had little reaction time and I barely got out of the way.
What is up with Maplers these days? All I hear are complaints now.
Complaint 1: Sins are mean.
Sins are not mean, it is the player behind the computer that is mean. There are no ‘mean’ classes. Sins just seem mean because there are more of them. People overlook the nice Sins and just point out the mean ones. Stop stereotyping.
Complain 2: Too many hackers.
Do you know how many hackers there are? Yes there are a lot, when GMs ban one, they go and pop up on another account. Hacking can never be stopped, but GMs/Nexon/Wizet is doing all they can.

I woke up late to the sound of Patrick and Andy arguing. I walked over towards Amys room because I needed to tell her something.
Amy? You awake yet? I said knocking on her door.
Hello? I said as I peeked in her room.
She wasnt in bed. I walked downstairs to see if she was there.
Hey guys, you seen Amy yet? I asked.
This episode is fairly short and boring. Don’t worry, the next episode will be packed with action. I kind of just needed a transition to introduce more characters.
It was time for the guild meeting Patrick had scheduled. Patrick, Megan, and Andy stepped onto the podium.
We have gathered here today to inform you guys of an important issue. Patrick said.
My dear friends by the name of Kevin, Amy, and Eric are in deep trouble. They cannot handle this alone. They need our help. Andy, Megan, and I have already pledged our services for their protection.
So today I realized that the new patch gave me my 1k Maple Points. I spent it on a Gachapon Ticket to use at Sleepy. I got an Elixir =(
I then decided to go do the Easter Quest. I did not know that I would get 4 fame but it was a nice surprise XD Also, it gave me the basket which granted me one suicide trip to whichever super strong boss monster I wished without losing EXP. I decided CRog. The first time, my 74 WK friend joined me. It never spawned. Then my friend had to get leaving me alone. The second time it still didn’t spawn. The third time it finally spawned and I died. I only got one hit, and it might not be considered a hit due to the fact that I missed. But oh well, it was fun.

Oh look, it seems as if Patricks back. Someone said from upstairs. It sounded like a girl.
Lets see if he came back with all the stuff I told him to bring. Another person said while running down the stairs. He was a guy that looked our age. He stopped when he saw us though.
