Do unto others as you would have them…

do unto you.

What a lie. Especially in the world of Global MapleStory. Especially Scania. Where everyone is hyped on power and has an ego fifty times that of any multi-billionaire in real life.

Being a “low” leveled bandit with barely acceptable equips in the power-hungry world today, without the loved Meso Explosion yet, I could barely train without some random person coming in and trying to take over my channel because I am a “noob with @#&! damage” and taking my channel would be easy. read more

Royal Betrayal – 21

Night took the time on the ship back to Victoria as a final rest stop before he fought the Dark Lord. He intended on getting his next level of training as soon as possible, and since he could do nothing on the boat, used it for sleep. Sam did the same, and the couple climbed into bed together and fell asleep in each other’s arms.

Stars also lay in bed, but awake. He thought about the things that he hadn’t thought about in months. His training had become so much faster since meeting with Night. He did this as a sort of competition with Night, even though Night has no idea. read more

Royal Betrayal – 18

The one-month recess was over, and Night, Sam, and Stars met at the Kerning City Fusion Bar. Night and Sam walking in holding hands attracted the attention of many, but not enough for them to become too interested, for they had more important things to get to : their alcohol.

Stars made no sign that he acknowledged the two were together. He just walked towards them, briskly, silently. Together, they walked outside. read more

As they approached the final stretch of their escape, Night woke. His vision was blurred, and the bumpy movement jarred his focus.

Stars, hearing Night wake, ran into a corner, with Sam on his toes. He slapped Night on the face a few times, to help him fully regain consciousness.

Night groaned, dull pain searing through his body, his chest area in particular. He continuously felt slight sensations of touch on his cheek, and he opened his eyes. read more

Royal Betrayal – 14 REVISED

The trio of thieves ran through the deserted halls of Ashura’s castle. Stars jumped from wall to wall in case of an ambush, Sam and Night ran together, with Night heavily distracted by what he had been able to do.

Suddenly, they heard marching, just in time, for they almost crashed into the twelve soldiers who were making their way to the room they had just left. read more

Night stood outside of the doorway to his father’s bedroom, waiting for the right moment. Stars and Sam were with him, of course, to see the plan through and to alert Night if something important or bad were to happen. The door to his father’s room stayed open. Typical king, thought that he would be protected just because he had guards.

The plan was simple. In and out as fast as possible, minimum noise and attention. read more

Royal Betrayal – 12

The guard that was carrying Night walked into through the halls of the palace, which seemed never ending. However, the guard was seemed unbothered by the length. His breathing was still steady, compared to the heavy, quick gasps for breath from Stars and Sam. They had problem keeping up with the guard. Throughout the whole travel to their destination, Stars sent out cursive messages everywhere. read more

Royal Betrayal – 11

As Night walked into the main square, where the palace was, he became disgusted by what the once-properous town had become. Each guard held a Red Whip towards about 20 people, probably slaves, threateningly. The area was now mud-slicked, instead of the rocky land before. Houses burned freely, screams were heard everywhere, and barely anyone was allowed to stay indoors anymore. read more

They walked though the barren area without a sound, dispatching any creature that came in their way.

They stopped a few miles before the entrance. Sitting down for a quick break, they went over their plan again.

“So. We are going to both walk in the front entrance. You are to use your cloaking. I will change back into civilian armor. After that, we go to my father’s castle, in the middle of the city.” read more

Night felt something inside him click together, as matching puzzle pieces would, and he felt his willpower grow.

Using his newfound power, he began to locate Stars’ probe in his head. In seconds, it was found, piercing and reopening his memories. His willpower began to recreate the barrier surrounding the memory, and broke the probe, sending Stars reeling back. read more
