TO THE END, Ride the happy starship~

I bet you’re wondering, as I so often do, ‘Where the heck did Mip disappear to?’ Well, today, I have your answer. As I so often do.

Dear friends, these past few months, have been quite.. cruel. My mother has been acting, quite badly, I must say. After months of avoidance and constantly being out of the house, I decided it was time to go. So, I did what any 19-year old would do. Took up my best friend’s offer of moving out, and got an apartment. (By the way, I have NO clue where I came up with the title. Sounds like pretty cool ‘engrish’ lyrics, no?) read more

MaskOfSmak, RIP.

Sometimes, there are some things you don’t know that you miss till they’re gone.

I suppose pouring out my heart to the general public like this is dangerous to my feelings, but that’s alright. I believe this is more than another boring population statistic, but rather a close community of friends. Anyway, I’ll continue on.

Long ago, long long ago, I wrote a blog, telling you all about my lovely guild. How we came to be, so long ago, one big group of friends forming a close-knit guild mere days after they came out. The MaskOfSmak, or MoS for short, was named for the initials of the original four’s names (Mipsacri/Arcel/Shmooki/KitsuneAyame). For the longest time, well over a year, these were my best friends, my guild mates, the people I turned to talk to! We grew and grew, till we had the max amount of members, and I knew most all of them fairly well. read more

Wizet to Nexon? A good thing, right?

So.. the day has finally come. Nexon, the original creators, have bought out MapleStory Global from Wizet. Why, you ask? Well, Nexon is the parent company of the game of MapleStory. It was only a matter of time, with all the cash that Wizet was raking in from this.

Here’s a statement from the good folks over at Nexon themselves:

Greetings Maplers! read more

Mip, Ready to Roll. Talk to me.

UPDATE: As much as you’ll all scalp me for this (Yikes~!), the reason I’ve gotten back from Cappie-chan as to why people were being frozen, and it simply was:

They kept posting topics not related to MMO’s.”

So, I guess that’s the word of the day. All I can say is to please keep your topics on MMOs only, or with a major theme of MMOs. I’m trying to get more information, like about the RPG thread, and how many strikes you get before you’re banned for posting this non-related to MMOs. read more

Mip’s 3rd Job Advancement?! No wai~!

Well, goodness, I’ve never seen so many blogs on the SAME subject completely encompass the front page. But here, my dear friends, is where pigs fly and such things of imaginary proportions happen. So after my few cents on this commotion that has everyone in an uproar, I shall get off this subject, and stay off this subject. ‘K..?

I personally feel that Cappie-chan is willing to take all your feelings into account. I’m not sure if he really can or can’t return the board to the way it was, but we all need to be patient, (and trust me, I loved that RP as much as everyone else. ;_. It’s like, how are we going to get the doctor to help his patients if we go over to his house, smash his windows and burn it down? It doesn’t make sense. He probably hasn’t even read these blogs yet. Just give him some time for a response! read more

Hackers Demolished, I promise! <3

(This is here for you all worried about being hacked, or those of you who are confused about the rollback or why comments are showing up in your blog from seemingly nowhere.)

Mip here. Well, alot of people are now talking about the rollback. Yes, there WAS a rollback.

But, I believe this is completely understandable. Last night, SilverFX and myself found a slight glitch that allowed anyone to edit any blog. We both immediately reported this to Cappie-chan (or Captain, for those of you who aren’t aware), and he quickly responded, fixing the situation entirely. (No, neither of us will tell you what that glitch was, so please don’t ask.) read more

When did this start?

I was looking at my blogs, reading through them, and I noticed I’ve gotten a bit more vicious as of lately, delving into issues that were more personal qualms than anything, not just things that effected the general public. For that, I deeply apologize. I’ll attempt to not let it happen again, because looking back on it, it makes me no better than the people who complain about things simply because it bugs them. read more

From the Mind of Mip.

As I sit here silently, in the medical school center in the city where I live now, my computer completely gone, hording my dad’s laptop like I was some starving child, I read through the new blogs. While doing so, there is a little something that nags at me, building up more and more. It’s so simple, yet so complex.

Why are there all these blogs completely unrelated to any MMORPG of any sort? read more

The Day the Clock Chimed, Act 9 + More!

Hiiiyo everyone! How’s it been going? I missed you all.. and I’m *still* in the process of moving. I’ve had very little compie time, and my own compie is currently packed up. However, thank you all for your support and kindness as I’ve talked to a bunch of ya’ll in game. :3

Clickage for happy music. ^^

To start off, I just went on MS again today, to be bombarded by whispers, guild chats and lovely ramblings of kindness, to which all I happily replied, and only then did I realize: I have, infact, not gone to the new Aqua land or the Alien landish.. thing. I have been so out of touch with the online world, I haven’t even glanced at such things. Hearing fairly bad reviews on the alien venture, I decided to try my wares at Aqua Land, heading through Orbis just for that very ordeal. I must say.. the jumping is like.. a legal fly hack. Or jumping on crack. read more

The Day the Clock Chimed, Act 8.B.

[Continued from Act 8.A.]

Frowning, Mipsacri immediately turned, folding her arms. “Fine. Go away. I’ll be down later.” She scolded, the amused Lecra still standing at the door behind her, a smirk glazed over his childish attitude, “Alright then. I’ll see you there soon.” He said sharply, giving her somewhat of a mock salute, then turning and walking slowly down the hall, probably laughing to himself at this whole ordeal. Scorning under her breath, she stepped away from the entrance to her room, still glancing back at the seals Sir Greynol had set all over it. “So stupid..” She snapped out loud, walking over to her closet to find some clothes, snapping the door open in her anger. read more
