Never Able to Forget

(Sorry if there is any gramatical or spelling errors, really tired as I am writing this…but really wanted to type it out…zzz..)

Hey Everyone…whose still remembers me…*sulks at the silence*

Anyway, I just came back on MMOTales for a moment to check up on my blog today, randomly and out of the blue. It was definitely surprising to hear the words of my friend Kai (KaitouLunar), Blaze (xblazethiefx), and Jay (dragonfang22). A while back, I thought they had left Maple Story…all of them…okay, maybe not Jay since I met him…but we didn’t have much to talk about so Anyway, it’s weird to see them back, not that I mind…I really missed them…and even Laura and Don…and Quick…and Wizard. Just feels like it’s been so long since I had thought about anything Maple Story related. read more

(Hey, I hope this chapter is good -.- But not sure…will edit if anything seems out there o.o)
Chapter 5: When Things Get Too Interesting

“It is already an hour, can’t those clean up guys hurry up?” asked Laren who sat down staring at the ceiling of the Lubridium Help Center, which was a few blocks from the clock tower. “Well, Alishar and those other monsters did do a lot of damage to the festival area, so it should take a while for them to clean it all up”, said Tino as he patted his shoe with his wand, a fog of dust slowly appeared and disappeared. “So…once the festival resumes, who wants to go no the carnival rides?” asked Jay as he watch Laren nod her head and Zaleb merely shrugged…carnival rides weren’t his thing, it always ended in disaster. “How about you Kai?” asked Jay as the cleric rolled her eyes, she didn’t like the idea…but she peered at Laren and sighed, she nodded her head only because her friend gave her the ‘Please?’ look. “Well, the rest of us will go to the game zone and wins some prizes”, said Artin as Nelson cheered, he had been waiting for this for a while…the anticipation was thrilling. “Hey…where is Gin?” asked Tino as he looked around, the ice wizard had vanished…where did he go? read more

Chapter 4: Festival Trials: Before and After

After a little chat with Artin, Laren had decided to get ready for the festival and just make most of tonight. She slipped into her hotel room, which was empty, as she placed what she bought down onto the bed and watched Tickle crawl from under the bed to look at it’s master. “Hi Tickle”, said Laren as she placed a plushie for the little monster to play with, the Tick wandered over and lightly tapped it with it’s nose and smiled. Laren smiled watching Tickle drag the plushie under the bed and heard the unmistakable squeals of joy from her pet. “Guess you’re happy”, said Laren as she heard a happy squeak from the bed while she organized the outfit she was going to wear. “Hmmm”, mumbled Laren who couldn’t decide, it seemed they all don’t fit…until she stared at the present from Kai that laid along her other store bought belongings. “Maybe I will wear that”, said Laren, as she never thought about what she would wear tonight not expecting much more than her relentless struggle to avoid the festival. ‘I guess there is a change of plan’, thought the fire mage a she changed into the outfit that made her look special…but also made her feel special. read more

(I hope people like it…if not, I will take some time editing it more XP Oh yeah, I am not changing the name Zaleb!)

Chapter Three: The Beginning of Disaster

Laren sighed entering a quaint wands and staff shop after trying on some new clothing…and buying some. ‘I wonder where Kai is?’ thought the wizard curiously since they got separated when a mob of archers separated them, they were going to an Archer’s competition. “Hmmm”, said Laren as she looked at most of the wands, which were no better than the wand she has…well, had. Laren sighed thinking about what had happened when she was trying a new dress, she accidentally broke her Mythril Wand and felt completely devastated. Of course, Jay had told her to get a better wand…one up to her level of magic, but she had declined thinking about how much mesos Gin and Tino had saved as young magician’s to get it for her. ‘I guess I will have to tell them’, thought Laren as she had placed the broken pieces of the wand away…it was still special to her. However, she lost her train of thought when she saw…it! A staff, a beautiful staff that was exactly for her level, beautifully made, and seemed a rare find…but a little ‘too’ pricey for her budget. She sighed and walked away from the store wondering what to do as a few sets of eyes had caught the glimmer of admiration…they hid from sight while planning something. read more

Shades of Heaven: Bound to Fate (2)

(To make up for my mistake, I have finished chapter two! I hope it is as good as the first, but…that is why I can ‘edit’ and redo^^)

Chapter 2: The Meetings and Fallings

It has been a few days since Laren had a moment to herself and reminisces about her life…but not feeling she deserves to live it. She had been thinking about how she made so many little mistakes lately, but Gin told her it was merely natural since Jay was not here with them since…after the day she lost her picture, she blushed just thinking about it. “You okay?” asked Tino as Gin had left to find another wizard or cleric to help them with exploring Lubridium and Eos Tower, though Gin, Tino and Laren vowed never to go into the 101st floor…without Jay or someone more experienced. “It’s okay, you still shaky since we fought… Alishar?” asked Laren as Tino shivered with fright; they barely made it out alive…where is JAY? “Well…on the bright note, we are alive!” laughed Gin who had watched Tino shiver like it was below 10 and found it…sad, he forgot his camera. Gin looked at the clock tower in Lubridium as he wide eyed and said, “Oh no, we have to hurry! We have to meet our new team mate”, said Gin as he grabbed Laren and Tino before racing off to the bottom of the clock tower, he had only 5 seconds to make it there. read more

Shades of Heaven: Bound to Fate (1)

(Whoops, accidentally deleted this T.T Good thing I had a saved version of it *is glad* Oh yeah, this is my first story…*faints*)

Chapter 1: Thinking About…Me
It was late in the night as a fire wizard of sorts walked out of the hotel they were staying at in Lubridium. “Well, at least it’s done”, said the fire wizard as she put away her wand and sighed having seen the last of aliens. She wondered why she was there in the first place, but laughed remembering it was her friends that asked her and she didn’t want to disappoint them. “I wonder what I should do”, said the wizard as she felt like she has the will to go on…lost the will to fight monsters…lost her will to be a wizard. ‘I hate this’, thought the girl as she walked away, back to the hotel where she was staying.
It had been a while since she returned to Victoria Island, she was kind of…glad. She had wanted to be a wizard of the fire arts like her brother, she knew she was as powerful as gifted as talented…but she was not that brave enough to show it. ‘I hate to admit it…’, thought the wizard who thought back to a battle with a Block Golem, she wasn’t able to hurt it at all. ‘They did’, thought the wizard depressingly as she remembered her cleric friend pushing her aside to take the blow. Her brother and another friend, a wizard of the ice variety, destroy the monster. ‘I am…’, thought the girl as she wanted to cry, but she couldn’t…she never cried before and she will not cry now. “I am strong”, said the girl who decided to think of how she got here to Lubridium…it was actually very funny now that she thought about it. read more

Afterthoughts: Past Bound

Today has been a really good day, probably because I can wear my shiny new circlet^^ *silence* -.-

Anyway, I wanted to talk about how I made my first Omok Set…but that can wait since I want to thank a new friend of mine for the most inspirational thought I had since summer started. She has made me realize just how important it is to cherish times with people who care about you, though I feel rather absent minded to figure this out so…late -.- Then again…better late then never XP read more
