It’s been a while since I’ve been on this site. I quit GunBound and wasn’t playing any MMOs for a while, so I didn’t have anything to write about. But yesterday I joined Trickster so I will start writing blogs again.

If you haven’t played it, Trickster has a combat system like Runescape (pointing and clicking to walk and attack monsters) but has jobs and skills like in Maplestory with cartoon-like graphics. There are 4 main types and then two separate jobs in each type. These are the four types and the two different jobs for each of them:
Power- schoolgirl, fighter
Magic- librarian, shaman
Sense- archaeologist, engineer
Charm- model, teacher read more

This is defiantly not just a way for me to procrastinate making my Mythbusters blog.

By the way, why do they call it procrastinating? Doesn’t that mean that it is positive? It isn’t very good when I waited to do my project for a week and then found out I couldn’t find anything about the topic and had to make a poster to waste space by putting pictures up. I gave up trying to become President because it’s obvious that people would rather have a huge stone monster as President then me. So I went for the next best thing: becoming a ruler by force.

Me and my team of highly trained people that knew the phone number to some ninjas called some ninjas for me. I had them take over the Nexon building in Korea and change my job to Overlord. I’m running for Maplestory President.

You’ve never heard of the Maplestory President? Well you probably haven’t since the last one was assassinated by a member of the Dark Maple Brotherhood. There is no connection to the fact that I happen to be the leader….

Anyway, Wizet made an election for the Maplestory President before they decided to make GMs. The voting took place in Henesys during one day from 6 in the morning to 6 at night. The President was chosen but before he could even make take his oath of office, he was killed. The assassin stuck a steely in his back while he was AFK and was gone before the Secret Service could react. So Wizet decided to scrap the idea of having a Maplestory President. read more

It’s been a while (for me anyways) since I made a blog.

Nothing has been happening, I’m just lazy.

So here is a random update.

In WoW news I made it to level 16 on my main character. I might be getting a faster computer soon (but compared to my current computer running on Windows 98, that isn’t saying much) so I won’t have an incredible amount of lag while I’m playing. I also wanted to get Burning Crusade, but my computer doesn’t have enough of anything to install it. read more

Something I have always noticed but never really felt like writing about is the method of having one or two numbers and an X to show your level. You can see it not just for Maplestory, but any MMO. For example, if you put 3x it says that you could be an level in the 30s (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) so that instead of changing your level every time you level up, you only need to do it every 10 levels. read more

I want to get a new one since my current computer is custom made with the cheapest parts my dad could find and a Windows 98 operating system. By now Beta was over and the real game was released. There was a max level of 70 and no third jobs. People were nicer around this time.
