Seven weeks since I have played or blogged.

That’s how long it’s really been. Doesn’t feel very big now, but when you put a number to it, things fall into perspective. I’m sorry that I just walked off the edge of the map without a word, I really am. It’s been near two months now, and these past weeks have rocked and shocked my reality more then I could expect. Apologies to anyone who reads this and feels I’m being a drama-queen or attention seeking; that’s not how I intend this to be. Ok, so, probably haven’t seen much of me recently. So ya, I logged in last night and found myself at around 90% (I can’t remember what pushed my exp that high, must have been quests or something) so I decided to do that Icarus one. Ok, so this is the actual part one, since I called the first one prologue. Looking back I’m not sure why I did, but that’s how it went. The following is a short piece of fiction that I have written. In my personal opinion, it is ok, but not great, nor is it horrible. At first, it dose not seem to be MMO related, but near the end, it does connect. If and when I make more sections / parts / chapters, it will be much more MMO heavy. Well, the other day, as in last night, I couldn’t sleep. I was tired, I wanted to sleep, but I seemed to fail at it, so I grabed my laptop and booted up. First I jumped on to MMO Tales and read over the comments of my last blog. Thanks again to all the responses, I really do like to hear input from other people, even if I don’t know many (or any really) of you that well. Today, I shall be ranting about something that happened last night, and then blogging about today. I would call this a “Rog” or a “Blant” but neither or those are options, so I’ll just call it “Bad experience”, since today was lame too.

Ok, first off, I was up a little late last night, until around maybe one am (PST if anyone cares) so there wasn’t too many people on, most had gone to bed already or just had a genral life to live. After getting around 50% or so into my level, I decided to go sell some scrolls that had been sitting in my inventroy. Mostly Defence scrolls, nothing good to me. Finding myself in Henesys, I pop into the Free Market and start advertising, something like 40k a scroll (they were worthless things) and a nice Page comes up and buys the lot, so I gave him a discount. I had planned to be there longer, so I figure, “Might aswell sell some of these ores too.” read more

Well, it’s now 12:23 am my time, and I just loged into MMO tales a short while ago to find a bunch of comments on my other entry. I deffinatly feel the love from all of you <3. Seems a bit crazy around here, but crazy is good. Makes life more fun. Anyway, in response to the responses (that sounds redundant), I will do my best to keep my blogs about MMOs, specifically MapleStory, though I did play FFXI and FlyFF for a while. Also, I HATE 1337 speak, but I will sometimes find myself saying “plz” or “w/e” and the dreaded “lol” quite often. I’m not sure if they are actually leet speak or just short hand, but I’ll minimize them as much as I can. read more
