The potion shop needed the poison from the Water Ghosts. As if killing fifty of them before wasn’t cutting their numbers down enough. Seeing how they would love to see me again, I decided to do a good deed and cure others of poison by visiting these swamp beasts once again. Before that, I had come into a small fortune and decided to stock up on some new jewelry and the glove of what I would need later on. I then mounted my steed and started towards the swamp north of Jangan.

Being A Cleric: A Guide
Well, that wasn’t going to be the title, but space limitations are the death of us all. The title was going to be…”Being A Cleric: A Guide For The Starting Healer”. Anyway, aside from that, some people have come to question me about making a Cleric Guide and me, being at level 50, should know something, right? Don’t answer that, for it is rhetorical.
Noobs = fake “Pro” & Pro
well, to start things off, who hates noobs who pretend to have a higher lvl acc? May i see a raise of hands? *everyoen raises hands* good. well, i hate them too. One time on my friends account, a lvl 15 female mage. I was killing slimes, and then, a girl just walked into the map. she said “stop KSing noob!”, and of course, i wasnt KSing because she just walked into the map -__-“. then i said, “you have no right to call me a noob, im not lvl 8! *coff coff*” then she said “yes i do, i have a lvl 80 cleric”. then i said “how come it doesnt have the 3rd job advancement yet?” then she said “what’s a job advancement?” see how stupid fake pros can be?? there are also things like Pros that are noob at heart! I mean, there was this DK coming into a mushroom tree, horned. Then he started KSing my party. I said “can u please stop Ksing?” , then he replied with an evil “stfu noob”. then i said “make me” and he just defames me and continues his KS raid. Then I repeated “can you please stop Ksing?” then he said “what noob, stop bein` a fhag!” then i said “well, i figured that higher lvls would show some common courtesy to lower lvl players.” and that shut him up and he ran off! lol so post ur stories about fake pros, and pros that are noob at heart. you can also comment on my story or this issue here. History:
As the MapleStory Global anniversary approaches, so does mine. This MMORPG was an addition to my daily schedule starting May 26th, 2005. Ahh, beautiful days of the new world Bera. Double EXP rates, double meso rates, the new world was enticing to many people. The nice, the smart, and the ones with the proper grammar. I leveled slower than everyone, people left me behind, but still I enjoyed playing, as you feel true accomplishment for leveling up. Everyone knows this, ne?
Those gosh darn maple weapons…
So today when that patch came up it was probably the worst thing to slap we in the face since my x-girlfriend, but seriously, those weapons are way too overpriced. I can see all the weapons just be like 300-700k. As well as the fact that no one likes to “lose” mesos and make people suffer, this was proven in an odd way. As soon as I logged on atleast 5 trade requests went up at once. All were for these maple weapons I can’t use. The prices were grosely outrageous, enough to make me poor, with 7 million mesos. If all the maple weapons were from like 300-700k the parades of lost souls buying these contraptions would go down. Post your opinion on the overdose of the price of these weapons. Atleast Basil-Market people are trying to keep the prices down.
Hacks
Today, I found many people using vacuum hacks. As I am in my noob account, one warrior lvl 16 with 3 slash blast, it would be good. One guy in mushroom garden is using an “auto-bot hack” and I went over to loot his items 1st. Expectly, I got a lot of ores. Unexpectly, I got a nice speed+3 white gomushin. =) I am so happy when people use vacuum hacks.
Motivation For Clerics.
I was really bored so I decided to motivate Clerics who are stuck at leveling and really really really want to level but just has no motivation. I’m only level 49 but I can give some tips and motivation, I guess.
1. Your higher level equipment. Sit and stare at it and wonder to yourself… how would I look like..? What would people think of me? *Thinks about Evil Wings* Yeah…

Normally, I don’t tend to write so often, but this item of evil has come to my attention in the worst way!
This afternoon, I was chatting amongst my guild, as we are currently planning something for the ‘Guild Screenshot Contest’, but was suddenly interrupted. ‘Ch 1: Buying Maple Kandayo, paying well, message me!’ except in that all too familiar foreign language ‘N00bspeak’. A moment passed between all five of us online at the time, then we continued.

My thoughts wander as I came across the new patch today, sighing at even the thought of Zakum. Still training in zombies, I knew very well that countless players would be rushing through my areas trying to get a glimpse of the fabled monster, Zakum.
And I was right.
The masses came. The small, the large, the very stupid. They all rushed through as though there was some sort of million meso prize at the bottom of the lair. As some passed, I asked why they were heading that way, even if they had large percentages to lose. Most just mentioned that it was fun. What exactly was fun about either dying before you even got there, or just getting a glimpse of such a beast?
It wasn’t even anything to write home about, I can understand going there if you had just leveled, but not with such a mass of experiance to lose. But still.. the mindless drones, they try again and again, passing by again and again, just to be killed. I actually saw a 3x use probably 3 or 4 teleport stones just to get through. But what was the point?

Yeah, I know, everyone is psyche up about the “MapleGlobal’s 1st Anniversary”. I’m psyche too, but when everyone goes wild when I say “Oh my god, new patch today”. They go crazy… Before school even started, I told all my friends, new patch came out, new quests and weapons. All day, we been like talking about maple.. I wanted to talk about something else. Gets really on my nerves.
