Reve stops gaming for a few months…

Against her will.

You see. While in softball training, some idiot newbie to the team swung the bat, HAPPILY let go of it by accident, and I, the catcher behind her, HAPPILY reached out my hand to catch the foul ball… when the bat seemed to lock on target at my wrist. Crapping it completely. Y’see, apparently the bone shattered and the forearm’s fractured too, and it needs a long long time to recover. And right now, it hurts like hell.

I’m officially emo.

On the upside, it was my right hand so I didn’t have to sit for incoming tests. YAY!!! NO STUDY!!!!

On the downside, it was my right hand so I can’t sit for my VJC application test. Or play piano. Or play cello. Or play any other instruments I picked up. Or play games. Or draw. Clearly outweighs the upsides.

I can’t move my wrist, they put a splint on it, and my fingers went a little… Tortoisey. Partially because the splint is preventing much movement around the fingers. Also because my arm’s in a sling.

All I can do at most is play the xbox. Not too efficiently, though. Despite overwhelming willpower to remove the sling and splint on my part, I only removed the sling, but stopped at the splint. (Paiiiin.)

There you have it, why I have been inactive.

MMO related

On the upside, I could still play RuneScape as the gameplay is very slow paced, and I could therefore sloowwwlly move my mouse and stuff. (but it gets boring. Especially how everything seems so far awayyy.)

Recently, I completed all free quests except Dragon Slayer. Because I know I can’t beat it. I mean. My prayer level is so low, my dmg is only max 12, I don’t have Rune anything, only a miserable Addy full, and I’m also dirt poor. I only have 20k+, despite being a glorious lvl 57. Anyone care to donate?

    I thought Reve was a boy’s name *F3*
Well, anyways, I can help you to study ^^

  4. Can’t write leftie?

Quitting stuff involuntarily seems popular these days.

  5. Why I feel lucky to be left handed. =P

Why not re-learn everything on your left hand?

  6. Don’t get sad, get glad!
Wow, that honestly has to suck though. If my right hand/wrist was busted, I would be emo too.
    Get better.

  7. This is why I quit softball.

The last season I played, I was the catcher, and there are honestly too many idiots who either throw the bat in the WRONG DIRECTION (and this was a highschool team T_T) or stand so far back behind the plate that when they swing, my glove goes flying (happened waaay too much). I had finally had it when I was running to home plate one day, and the other team’s catcher literally body-slammed me to the ground AFTER I WAS ALREADY ON THE PLATE . . . I still have a scar going up my shin from where her shinguards scraped the skin clean off. I ended up quitting the team mid-season . . .

  8. Shiver.
    You guys.
    I’ve never been seriously injured.
The worst thing I’ve ever been was when I crashed into a rosebush while biking, and that really wasn’t that bad. Relatively.

    Bodyslammed by a girl? *Envious*

    . . .

    (Imagines a fat girl)

    . . .

    Nevermind >_>

  10. Trying to write with my left hand currently.

Who wants to see the glorious (truth: absolutely horrible) results of trying to write: I am fishing plus a stick figure guy with a fishing pole with my left hand?

    Not that bad, I swear.

It looks like a kindergardener’s handiwork.
