I know, I know. Major f6’age. It’s a non-writing blog!

Anyway. I thought I’d start out with some good old MapleStory stuff. After a brief detour through jMS (in which I managed no touring whatsoever due to a debilitating disease known as low-levelism), I decided to come back to Global. I know, what was I thinking..? o_o

But I just recently got a new computer, which runs A LOT faster than my old one, so I thought I’d give GMS a shot again. Logging on, I noticed (thanks to my new monitor =D) the graphics were looking beautiful! After dancing around for a bit, accidentally killing myself due to the fact I forgot to turn off sticky keys, meeting a stranger person in a very unexpected place, I headed to the ol’ Free Market for a lag test.

Before, my lag in there would be horrible. I avoided going in there at all costs, but this time around, after a brief lagging upon entering the map, I managed to run around with minimal, if not any, lag at all. Banzai! =D

So, yeah…after screwing around for a bit more, I decided to check out the Cash Shop (still debating whether or not to shell out the dough for the NX Cards) and see what I could get for a meager $25 USD. Meh. Seeing I couldn’t check myself out in a new hairdo and face, I’ll go run through Mr. BannedStory later.

I’ve decided to start training my ancient, ancient, ancient I/L Wiz (since May ’05) again. Hah. I’ll probably leave it to lie in the dust again in a matter of days. But oh well. For now, I’ll enjoy playing him again.

To start off the latter section of my blog, I’ve recently discovered a new MMORPG, known as Mabinogi. Interestingly enough, it’s published by Nexon. No Wizet, though. ^^

I’ll have to say that Mabinogi (look it up on Wikipedia and YouTube if you have yet to be enlightened) is possibly the most AMAZING MMORPG I’ve seen yet. That’s saying a lot, when you consider what’s out there. I have fallen head over heels in love with this game. Cupid’s struck me with his pointy little feathery annoying little scratchy little heartsie puny reddish arrow.

Graphics are BEAUTIFUL. Gameplay sounds AWESOME. Battling looks FUN. Unfortunately, though, there’s yet to be a global English version. Only available in China, Korea, and Japan. Poo. According to the Wiki article, there’s supposed to be a global version in development, set to come out this year.

If that’s the case, I’ve got my fingers crossed, hoping that once again I’ll become a devoted slave to Nexon again. b(>0<)d
