The Spooky Dream

I remember the dream quite well and vividly. It was very disturbing and I’m going to type it out.

There are a few things you should know beforehand. In my past dreams, I’ve experienced flying. My dreams seem to be continuous almost as if it were episodes to a series or a movie. In these dreams, I usually fly, or actually, levitate in my dreams. It seem to be an ability I’ve “learned” in these dreams. Unfortunately, I’m incapable of fully controlling this “power”. Though, I can fly or levitate to any place at will, sometimes even really high, but sometimes it gets out of hand and I can’t get back down. read more

I remember when I made my character. I gave it a name and I had a history to it.

The name PirateJing comes from the result of many different influences.

I started of Windia with a character named iShuriken, obviously being an Assassin, but never made it to 30. I then was all into the theme of the .hack thing. MapleStory and .hack kind of related in the way that the games are big MMOs where people meet people, party up, and fight, and such. You’d understand if you’ve actually watched the show or played the games. read more

So after work, I arrived home and immediately took a shower. When I was done, I turned on the monitor. I left my character AFK in an FM store, so I didn’t have to wait for anything to load. Surprisingly, I was receiving spams of whispers from people, telling me to go to Zakum. Apparently, they were short on Chief Bandits that night. read more

WOOOOOOOOO. Be there! Windia for the FARKIN’ WIN. Everyone is invited. Make a mule and come!

There will be three or four (depending if one can make it or not) people making level 100. There should also be other people leveling up to their respectful levels too. So it’s not just ALL level 100s, but that’s the significant part of it. I hope you guys make characters in Windia just to witness this event! Just make a mule char and grab 150 mesos somehow, and come to Lith Harbor at Channel 12. There will be a nice surprise during the event. ;D read more

On June 15th, 2007, the GMs promised that they would summon monsters throughout all of the towns in MapleStory. Having access to a few characters that belonged to my friends, I hopped on and recorded everything I could.. This by far has been one of the most enjoyable events I’ve ever participated in.

So yeah, I think this is one of my best videos I’ve made. I regret that I lagged so badly though. ;[
Anyways, as for my level 100 party, it shall be on Monday afternoon, but still unsure about the time. I suggest you all make characters in Windia just for that day only. x]

Maplestory is being breached by hackers all over. The fact that we have guilds and the power to stand together and fight against the hackers, a never ending war that seems futile. Even with the power of GMs, we stand alone in this war against hackers.

MapleStory today, is not the MapleStory of the past. What once started small, is now the most common thing you’ll ever see in MapleStory. Hacking is like a virus, probably more than a virus. Always managing to grow onto other players, and forcing adaptations when the game data is changed, the hackers always adapt to return and continue their reign. Influencing players over a flood of reasons to cheat, offering opportunies so great that it becomes worth the sin. read more

My MapleStory – Part IV

My time in the 6x’s is just a blur. I recall going from place to place, visiting all sorts of things. I had such a profound power I never had before. Something for once, I was someone who could make a mark in the game. I accomplished many things, although many however, found it not as astounding as it seemed.

[h]Power Unfolding[/h]
I had achieved to kill a Spirit Viking sometime during my 6x’s. I definitely recall myself spending lots of time to defeat the beastly thing. Unfortunately, I only received 2100 experience for my hard work. Though, in comparison, 2100 experience seemed much more vastly greater than 190 experience, the amount you gained at Coolie Zombies. I never dreamed I could achieve such power to take on such vicious monsters of Ludibrium before. But there I was, standing and obtaining the token of my victory. Although it was a lengthy victory, it proved I could one day be something. read more
