They always told me never to judge a book by its cover, and also not to be influenced by other’s opinions. I failed at both of those teachings miserably, and I also learned that these types of things can happen in a video game, such as Maple Story, too.
Once again, I managed to not like someone because of what I saw on the outside, which seemed to be a mean, cold-hearted person. I later learned that there was a nice person on the inside.
Remember that preview I showed you a while back of a movie I was creating? Well, that movie is now finished.
And before you go complaining that the preview makes up the first part of the movie, that was my intent from the start. My preview was the intro to the full deal.
Most people reading this have probably not stumbled on my YouTube profile, nor do they know that I’ve made Maple videos in the past.
It’s been about 4 months… when I was level 50… when I made my last one, and having just recently gotten to level 70 I decided it was time to make a new one.
Because it’s been so long, I decided that I’d make a teaser; the actual intro to what my movie will be. I haven’t actually started filming yet, and will probably do so after messing around with whatever tomorrow’s patch brings… if it brings anything new.
Seems that this week for me has been full of accomplishments. I don’t think I’ve had a more productive week of Maple ever.
So… what exactly have I done this week?
Achievement #1: Breaking 10mil for the first time. I eventually got up to 15mil but lost most of it to one of the achievements I’ve listed below.
Achievement #2: Breaking 100 fame. I now have 106.
Maple has been more bad experiences than good as of late it seems. It seems that something has always gotta come up and some stupid little personal problem develops from it that shouldn’t be such a big deal.
This time last month I was level 61. Right now I’m level 64, because I have been completely drained and have almost become uninterested in continuing onwards to that universal goal known as level 70 and 3rd job. Meanwhile, all of my friends are happily training along, hitting 3rd job, and now I fear that I’m going to be stuck as a hunter forever because every time I try to get back into training, some other freaking drama comes up and I end up hating Maple all over again. It’s seriously getting frustrating going through this cycle over and over and over again, because I’m positive I would’ve hit level 70 by now if it weren’t for happenings on Maple.
Uh… it’s just my opinion. I don’t go hating on clerics cause of it, but I just thought I’d let this out.
Clerics have it so easy they shouldn’t even be allowed to complain sometime. Just a few days ago, one of my cleric guildmates said, “I’m so poor. I have 24mil.”
24 mil? Poor? HAH! Maybe if you’re level 70 or so, but I’m level 55 and have 4.2mil, so SUCK IT UP, PRINCESS.

Ouch.
Oh, and imma try to level tonight. I’ve been leveling WAY too slow lately.

It probably won’t stop people from trading NX for in-game items, but at least hopefully slow em down. Fortunately for me I acquire all my NX with my own funds and my own bank account/credit card but I do have friends that have done this in the past, so who knows what’ll happen to them?
Before I start, let me clarify: No, I have NOT given in to hacks, and I NEVER will.
Okay, I don’t know about gMS’ other four worlds, but over the past couple of weeks in Bera there has been a HUGE increase in the number of vaccers. I mean, the growth of hackers has become exponential and way out of control. It was either yesterday or Friday where I saw four vaccers alone in Omega Sector.
I must admit, today was a real fun day to play MS. It all started off with an ALL-CANADIAN PQ with carmini. At first I only thought that three of us (carmini, Arnemetia, and myself) were of Canada but it turned out my whole PQ was. It was fun, though, and it wasn’t a bad PQ.
I didn’t do too much for the rest of my time really. I was mainly worried about o0o0hlala and her account, and was keeping an eye out. All I really was doing was teasing CauseImCool until my gf arrived.
