——————————————————————————————————————————-

The Fighter thrudged through the snow and the slippery ground, as he slowly climbed towards the Wisemen’s Hall. He looked at the Necklace of Wisdom around his neck as it glowed a tinge of purple. He smiled and looked at the door, which awaited his new life as a Crusador. Gripping his Scrolled Doombringer, he pushed open the door, and found…

A few metres away, a fist landed on a boy’s head .

“You idiot! How many times have I told you, don’t get distracted while Crafting!? Do it again!”

The boy rubbed his head and looked at his work- Or rather, looked at what was once his work. The metal was twisted here and there, and there was a huge hole in the middle.

“Sorry Master Vogen, I was looking…”

Barely had he completed his sentence, Vogen, The Master Blacksmith of El-Nath, interrupted,” You were looking at that Crusador, eh?” At the exact time, the warrior came out, jumping around in the snow, like a little boy who had just got a giant bar of chocolates.

“You’re just like your old man, Cler.”

Cler nodded, and looked at the pendant his father gave him. Mum made it, but Cler had barely known his parents at all. People said that his father was a famous Craftlord, someone who was able to make anything, and infuse elements into the weapons, or make it purely out of a certain material. All Cler knew, was that his father was the leader of the Ossyrian Squad, a team meant to defend Maple from Zakum in the Zakum wars 3 years ago. His mother died after giving birth to Cler. The only thing he knew was that his dad was called Zeno, the Craftlord of Diamond.

“Oi, enough distractions, get back to smithing!”

He grabbed his smithing hammer, and starting hammering away at the new piece of metal, sparks flew with each blow landed on the glowing-red metal.

1 week later…

My name is Cler. Cler Sleyin. Son of Zeno Sleyin. Thats right. Zeno, the Craftlord on Diamond. My parents died in one accident or another, but everyone knew my father as a hero. Right now, Master Vogen has adopted me as his 2nd son. Most materials and Items he makes gets sent to the El-Nath shops, which his sons and daughters are working at.

Vages sells the weapons Master makes, and creates most of them from Master’s materials. Foin manages the armours, and Hana sells potions and foodstuffs. We’re like one happy family, well, sometimes sibling rivalry gets the better of us, but we still stick together. Still, I want to find out more about my parents.

“Wake up, Cler… Wake up!”

“Zzz..zwhat? Whats all the ruckus about?”

Cler felt two arms grab his shoulders as he was flipped out of his bed, onto the cold, wooden floor of his room. As his brain was trying to comfirm what was happening, A cute little gal with long, blue hair tied with yellow ribbons was looking down at him.

“Hurry up, Cler. You’re gonna miss the event. Even tough Ludibrium is close, There’s still the Orbis tower to climb up!”

“Ouch… Hana, you don’t have to be so serious, you know…”

“Do you know what time it is?” Hana shouted, her arms waving madly in the air.

“Uh…” Cler looked at the tick clock above his bed. “9.25 am?”

“And what time are you supposed to meet Dad? Hmmm?”

“9.40… Oh no! Only 15 minutes to rush up Orbis tower!? Why didn’t you wake me up, Hana!?”

Hana rolled her eyes around as she crossed her arms. “Geez, and this is what i get. Tell you what, I could trade your breakfast for this Orbis rock scroll… How bout it?”

Cler looked at the scroll, and lunged forward to grab it. Hana had an evil look in her eyes as she pulled her arms back, making Cler fiail his arms wildly, as if trying to fly, but to no avil, and he was rewarded with a faceplant right on the floor.

“I dink I boke by dose… Damm joo Nana, gibbe dad groll!”

“Apapap, Breakfast or Scroll?”

A few minutes later, Cler was dashing towards the Orbis tower, sprinting and jumping over Jr.Pepes, and picking up unwanted mesos along the way. He reached Orbis tower, and quickly fished out the scroll from his pocket, read the inscriptions and found himself at a warmer place. Warmer and higher, that is.

Sneakly, Cler reached into his pockets, and took out a fresh apple. Biting into the juicy fruit, he laughed as he thought what would Hana think if he managed to smuggle yesterday’s desert.

Ok, Flame or comment pl0x.

    Maybe the bit about Cler’s dad shouldn’t be repeated so many times. Yeah.

  7. Ahaha.
    *steals a spare lemon from Anni*

    Good story. It does lack advanced vocabulary but that doesn’t always make a great story.

    ~~~~Pirkid~~~~
  8. This could get pretty good, I think! I love the detail already.
    . . .But did I notice a Summon Night: Swordcraft Story reference in there, or am I mistaken?
