I was talking to someone one day and he was talking about the great drops he had gotten that day and I was asking how he had such good luck. He told me he just is normally lucky but he was also using a secret that only the pros know about that helps with drops. I was really suspicious of this as I’ve known people who like to brag that they know things you don’t and they won’t tell you them (Cuz it’s a secret). Of course, if they don’t tell you then you can’t really believe them so it doesn’t really do any good.
Well, I figured he was just BS’ing me and went about my business but I had a really good drop day with item after item dropping for me and it went away when I changed channels. It then came back when I went back to the channel I was on. Since then I’ve been bouncing around and checking the various channels and though I get some items on all of them I seem to get the best item drop rate on one specific channel every day.
This channel seems to shift from day to day and sometimes shifts in the middle of a day but it’s kind of strange. Today my lucky channel was Ch 20 where I managed to get 10 Sap of the Ancient Tree and a good number of ores. Then I’ve been fighting Fire Boars to try and get Arwen’s Glass Slipper and I’ve gotten more ores and a Red Pole-Feather Hat.
Then it suddenly shifted and for over an hour I got nothing but mesos and potions so I shifted up one channel to channel 1 where I almost immediatly got another ore. Within twenty minutes on this CH (I used two warrior pills during that time) I picked up a total of 2 garnet ore, 1 steel ore, one Sap of the Ancient Tree and one Red Knucklevest Pants.
Has anyone else noticed things like this happening to them? I’m starting to understand why some higher levels refuse to change to a different channel if this stuff happens to everyone.

All drops drop randomly.
PLus maybe that secret is hacks you never know,
Acually once, when i was hunting for blue presents, for hours i hunted them, but finally i got 1,
When i teleported to henesys, i got pretty mad cos i got a piece of cake,
I decided to go bak to sleepywood, but then suddenly, when i started killing some cake monsters, a blue present dropped!
No tricks. Just luck.
I did hear a rumor once that there was a cycle thing for rarer drops, like every few mobs, one monster will spawn carrying the drop. But no one can confirm that, but if you camp at one place long enough and are lucky enough, you’ll get the rare drops.
Drops are RANDOM!
Those ores and crap were just a coincidence.
