Anything you can do in a house, you can do on the field.
And with several thousand people, and each house being permanant, making a house is like getting a FM stall in FM 1 CH 1 at 5:00.
They’d have to make them expire after a month, have ALOT of bonuses and quirks, and make them NX only.
