The Maple Story: Episode 7

Here is the 7th Episode to The Maple Story.

Agility class flew by like a breeze. Eric mastered a few points into Haste already. Since I was training to be a bandit, it was a little harder for me. During break I met up with Amy again, she was trying to master a point in teleport, but she couldn’t get any farther than 1 foot. She looked really tired.

“Amy it’s okay, just regain your breath and do it later.” I told her.

“How would you know, you’re a bandit.” She replied as she tried to teleport once again.

The bell rang and I was headed toward my next class, Skills of a Bandit. There we learned to master our daggers a bit. He told us that we would not move onto Savage Blow until we could master our daggers better. We were all disappointed. Our teacher showed us some tips on using a dagger.

The bell rang again and I was off to my next class, Stealth Class. There I met up with Eric and the teacher told us how to use dark sight effectively. He told us that whoever got to have dark sight last the longest, would receive no homework. This encouraged us all to try harder. Eric was having some trouble because he was training to be an Assassin. I, however, one of the few thieves training to be a bandit in this class, easily made dark sight last the longest. I had the luxury of having no homework.

Eric and I walked to lunch together. We got in line and got our lunch. When looking for a place to sit, Amy waved to me. I was a bit surprised but I told Eric to come with me to Amy’s table.

“Who’s that cute girl?” Eric whispered in my ear as we where walking toward Amy’s table.

“I met her on Maple Island, her name is Amy.” I whispered back.

“Hey girls this is my friend Patrick and his friend named…” She paused as she pointed to Eric.

“Eric, my name is Eric.” Eric told her.

“Eric.” She said as she finished her sentence.

She then went on to introduce the rest of her friends. There was Katie, Melissa, Claire, and Kristen. Katie was pretty hot; she was training to be an Ice and Lightning Wizard. Melissa looked tough because she was training to be a Fighter. Claire looked shy, she was training to be a Hunter. Kristen was pretty hot too; she was training to be a Cleric like Amy.

We all laughed and ate lunch together. In the corner of my eye I saw Daniel smirking at us and making faces. Man I wish I could punch him and beat him up, but I would get kicked out of the academy though.
Lunch ended and I was off to my last period of the day, Accuracy Class. Because Eric and I were thieves, our skill Nimble Body that the Dark Lord gave us helped a lot. We easily became the teacher’s favorites. Eric even increased his range with his Lucky Seven while we were there.

During free period we had an assembly. The principal just said stuff like, “Congratulations, your first day is over.” I fell asleep during it. Eric had to wake me up and then we were off to dinner.

Once again we sat with Amy and her friends. We were all having a good time, talking and laughing. Daniel suddenly comes over and hits me hard in the head. I got up and started to challenge him.

“Oh so you want to fight huh?” I asked.

“No, because I don’t want to hurt you.” Daniel snickered.

“We’ll see about that.” I told him as I stabbed him with my dagger.

Daniel look liked he was hurt and then mumbled, “Oh it’s on.”

We started to slash our weapons at each other violently. Eric and a number of other people tried to split us up before teachers came. They failed and Daniel and I got detention. We had to spend time scrubbing the dirty floors of the academy.

The fight with Daniel was just the start of my troubles at the academy…

  1. Ignore Fenrir, he’s weird. He got a dark side and good side. Must be his evil side writing now. See, he even spelled “Evil” wrongly. That proves his, er, dumb?

Anger opens the mouth and shuts the brain~~

More like opening the keyboard. haha.

    Anyway, very nice.

Better than last episodes, but the fight, was stupid. You stabbed him, he never died? Where did you stab him? Elaborate more. But other than that, quite a lot of improvement.
