Next one:how the he** should I know but me thinks it be on Friday because its an explaining chapter and I suk at those
It had been four days. Now, I was still running through the green fields having covered lots of distance between myself and the green slimes. The one slime had now multiplied to a small group, and was picking up and recruiting other slimes as the chase continued. They still havent given up. I wonder why? Dont these creatures have anything bigger and slower to catch. Along the way, I had gained more area than the green horrors, having set up lots of obstacles to interfere with their path. Apparently, discovering this by accident, they disliked rocks and always proceeded around them. I had found it funny at that time, but wasted no time laughing about it as finding anything to subdue these creatures was an advantage to me. I was beginning to tire of this foolish pursuit. I should just stop and meet these carnivores in the field of battle. I did not halt though, even though I knew these creatures would overtake me eventually. I dont know why I kept on going, but probably because I did not want my life to be decided yet and just wanted to still inhale the sweet breath of life. Despite the fact that another blinding light of my body had occurred a day ago and had improved my condition, I was starting to lose energy and speed, both crucial strengths, and soon the slimes would catch me.
I arrived at a narrow creek, coming from a small crack in the earth. From this split in the ground, came a red stream of water. I looked back over my shoulder. I have enough time to stop for a rest, I think. I thanked the earth for producing a rush of water to help me replenish my power. Dipping my hands into the water, I made a bowl like form with my hands, scooped up some cold water, and tossed it straight into my face. The liquid jolted my senses awake. I took a long sip from the container created by my hands and chugged the water down. Three more scoops came after, feeling like the wonderful gifts of life were bestowed upon me. The water restored my strength and I thought Water rules!!! The water calmed me and brought a warm aura to the place of rebirth. Having woken my body up, making me feel like I could go on much longer and that I could outlast.
I observed my reflection staring back up at me. An image formed on the visible surface of the water. A boys face stared back at me, it had a tough, dirt-ridden face with eyes that knew little but were as fierce as an experienced persons. Dark, brown hair covered half of my light brown eyes. My smile seemed inviting and nice, but it also seemed like it could command and break someone into following my orders. My face features were all mixed into one and another person would not know what to think if they saw my burning eyes: fear or approval.
Lifting my head, I realized the green meanies had neared closer to my position and were bounding towards me. Once again, I built a small rock wall, basically just throwing large rocks which I had taken from the borders of the creek onto one another, to delay the evil creations as much as I could. As soon as I was content with my stone structure I was off again, ignited by the newly, evident fuel, the chilly water, that flowed through my body.
I was racing towards no destination, no goal accept to escape from these pursuers, and I also had nothing to stop me. I would test my limits to travel the farthest, possible span, thinking that I would never have to confront these unholy beings. My mind seemed to be far off somewhere, and my wishes were doing all my thinking for me now, hoping for things to continue on forever, as they were, because of my fear of these slimy devils offsprings.
I peered ahead and my eyes revealed an amazing site. Wow! What are those tall things? Looming far ahead, tall giant life forms created a roof over the world. They had branches with beautiful, majestic leaves joined together to make a breathless image of a forest. These plants where all over the place clustered together and they appeared as if they stretched for miles, as if they were covering the other half of the planet. The massive trees were coaxing me in to the astonishing timberland, and I headed in their direction feeling like I had finally found some bit of security.
Entering the woods I noticed it seemed different than it had from afar. Now that I was actually in the forest, I immediately observed some wonderful characteristics it possessed. The sun beamed in through gaps in the canopy, making the land glow. It felt warm, with a windy breeze that swept all through the forest. It resembled a safe place, a dwelling where wandering, spying eyes were isolated from.
Eager to explore, I progressed onward scanning for signs of life, looking for strange objects. Taking a peek behind my back, I saw the slimes nowhere in site. Yes! Maybe they have finally given up. The pressure, of not having to outrun the green blobs no more, suddenly floated up off of my shoulders. I sighed and felt like I had been rescued. I decided it would be safe to take a rest and shut my eyes for a couple of moments.
My eyes came back to focus, having had a great rest I was ready to encounter anything. Owwww!!! What is this torment in my head My cerebrum described to me the anguish it sensed. It was like something inside was trying to rip itself out of my head. My vision became sharper, my agility quickened, and my muscles tensed. The dark mush of my brain detected a presence, or presences approaching.
Eeeee!!! A harsh screech sounded through the forest. Quickly planting my left foot in the ground, I spun around while drawing my saber of wood and broke through a solid. A body of white with a green cap lay at my feet, sliced. The pain in my brain still burned as I recognized other forms stumbling towards me. Rows of the monsters were coming at me. I charged flailing my sword around, making them scatter. Leaving little marks on their chests is what I had accomplished. Spinning around, I lunged at one, punching a hole, with my weapon, through it. As another one tried to surprise me from behind, I kicked the green shelled monster and brought my sword over my head, breaking through the shell and cutting through flesh. More and more of them ran at me. I backed up, my senses alerting me of everything. As one leaped at me, I reached up and deflected its shot sending it flying straight into a tree. I drained another one of its health power, when I sprung over it and stabbed it from behind. The mushroom-like creatures tried circling around me, but I mimicked their footsteps, waiting for one to challenge me. Chop! I assassinated another creature of darkness. My movements were as quick as the wind, tracking each one of the beasts down and bringing my intimidating power down upon these animals of hate as I ended all their lives. At the finale, when all creatures were destroyed, a light boar down on me and enveloped me as I received a quick burst of energy.
Examining the spoils of the skirmish, I found something of strange, bright colors. Walking over to it, I picked it up. Brushing off the dust that covered the necklace, I recognized it had a faint glimmer buried within it. I was attracted to it and came upon the decision to keep this treasure. I acknowledged that my brain ache had disappeared, yet I still felt a weak force skimming around. This discovery fascinates me. What a lucky find! But, it sort off looks as if it was crafted. Strange. I thought.
As I trudged on, passing through the difficulties that impeded my path, I breathed the fresh air. I felt and looked stronger. I could easily move with more quickness and covered more ground than I had ever traveled in that same amount of time. I was always suspicious, on guard for anything that might threaten my life, especially when my ache that hid in my brain acted up. I took lots of short naps and didnt risk taking long ones for fear I might never gape at the world again. Should I keep on going? Could there be…others? What could be out here hunting this forest? Such inquiries entered my mind now, different in a way because I had never asked myself these questions before.
I caught sight of some objects risen from the ground resting on the horizon. What is this place I have blundered upon. Wow!, I am uncovering so much wonders and oddities of this world that I never even knew existed. But, my curiosity of how these marvels can be here is beyond normal. I snuck along slowly, getting closer to this little clearing in the forest. Under my feet was an unsimilar kind of terrain, the color of white and as I tread on this floor, it did not make particles fling in the air like the dust did. It was easier to step on, having no hidden danger like holes, or small hills to lose your balance on. This pavement allowed me to travel faster and then I spied an immense wall displayed in front of me.
This wall of silver bricks seemed like it had stood much taller and had been more magnificent. Now it was worn down by time and I wondered if it had been wrecked by some manifest terror. Some bricks rested on the ground because they had been ripped from the wall. There were more bricks built from the ground up, appearing as if once they had formed some small village that was here before. But now this city, or formation, lay in the hands of the dead. Reluctant to leave, I forced myself to proceed on, not wanting to stay in one place too long in case there were monstrosities who were caught on to my scent. As I left the once glorious city behind, I thought I distinguished a sword, with a light glaring upon it, driven into a small hill very, very far away.
