Chapter 3! Secrets! Part One!
”He seems to be coming too, sir.” A strange, unfamiliar voice said.
Ancali’s eyes fluttered open. There he saw a Troll Priest and the Leader of the guild looming above him. Quickly he tried to sat up, but his body disagreed with his action, forcing him back down. He wasn’t fully healed yet.”Where’s Ken?!” He yelled. With this, he attempted to lunge back up. He was however, pushed, and held down by the Priest.”Don’t worry.” The priest assured, pointing a thumb to the bed left of the one Ancali was on.”He’s fine…Well…Not exactly fine, but he’s no worse than you.” The Priest assured, with a weak laugh.
The Leader stepped forward with a wide grin. ”Good work boys!” He boomed.”The troops we sent with your were robots, they were destroyed, but no lives were lost. Except for those of the clan, you guys will receive your deciding challenge when you recover!” He finished, his voice still booming, before walking away from the infirmary room, where they were.
From the side of Ancali came a weak laugh. We got beat up pretty bad, huh? It was Ken, he was heavily bandaged, but healing quickly.
Ancali returned the laugh. Yeah
Im glad to see your okay.
Ken triumphantly smiled. The big oaf couldnt dodge crap! He replied, clearly over crediting himself.
Ancali raised a challenging eyebrow. Oh yeah? Then why are you so mauled? He asked.
Ken gave a caugh. He had some Good armor, but What happened back there? He asked, referring to the large explosion he had seen just before blacking out.
Ancali sighed. Im not so sure I got shot in the chest Then everything seemed to go red
The Troll was examining their conditions. He sighed. Youre something we havent met in a long time Ancali. See, you contain an insanely large amount of mana within you, youve barely mastered any of it, and all of the rest is there unstable, so when you got shot, and you became so mad, you let all of your mana out at once, and because so much of it was unstable, you couldnt control it, then Boom.
Ancalis eyes narrowed. Thats unfortunate I may be a danger to those around me
Kens eyes also narrowed, but they were reassured by the Troll, that it most likely wouldnt happen for a while, since it must have stabilized a tad from when it was released for the time being. Provided he stayed out of trouble that was .
It was 2 days later that they were out of the infirmary.
Then they were introduced to the 2nd task A tournament. Against the best of the best, however, the two were among the best of the best. Through rigorous battle, they managed to make it to the top.
There was however, a week of training time to be had before the tournament And in this week the two fighters had grown in strength greatly.
They had fought through most of the best Yes Most Except each other, and that was the final task.
So here we are. Ancali addressed.

Ken said, claiming battle stance. His right knee in front of him, his dagger brandished in his right hand, his Scimitar in the other.
They fought long and hard, but eventually, it was down to one final crossing. They dashed towards each other, and came on opposite sides. They were both heavily injured, but as they stood there panting, a large gash suddenly appeared on Ancalis side, gushing with blood, causing him to drop to the ground .

A few days later, it was announced, that although the rules were, the winner is the one that works below the leader, which was Ken, they both fought well, and were both promoted

A year passed, and they both became extremely renowned in the guild, but secrets can be what kills a man, when the leader began to act strange, the two decided it was time to find out why A dangerous mistake While the leader was out, on a very important mission, the two decided to check out his room, and thats where they found a sort of diary with all of the answers
Authors Notes: Sorry for the delay, I had work and such… Any who, from here on out the real plot will begin, this particular fanfic should end at about 6 chapters or so… I’m not entirely sure yet.
I will give you a few things on what’s to come.
1. The bosses secrets are VERY big…
2. The Outlands will be included in the story.
3. Ancali’s exploding will play a very large part in the story…
