Well, heres my first blog. The name doesn’t really fit though.

For those of you who dont know, a Cursayer is the lvl 90 str dagger, the Metus is the lvl 90 bow.

This is liek the first thing I’ve ever written that wasn’t for school, so I dont kno how itll be but..

I limped into Kerning City, barely able to make out my house in the twilight. I had a large gash in my leg, and I was out of potions. I was nearly home. I saw a steely thrown out of a nearby allew, landing next to my arm. I readied my dagger and Nimble Wristguard. Another steely was thrown, but I blocked it with my wristguard. I ran toward the assassin I could hardly make out in the alley, and used savage blow. He collapsed, dead. I picked up his set of steelies, as I knew they were worth something. He wasn’t carrying anything else, so I assumed he was just a lowly theif. I continued to walk toward my house. As I was opening my front door, a steely caught my foot. I fell over. Suddenly, I saw an arrow pass through the assassin. It was a ranger. I couldn’t make out her face though. I could just hear her say “I’m here to help”. Then, everything went black.

As I woke up, a pain seered through my foot. I was in a house, but it wasn’t mine. I felt my pocket for my Cursayer dagger, and it wasn’t there, but then I noticed it was on a table next to the bed I was in. I picked it up and put it back into my pocket. A ranger then walked into the room, the same ranger that had saved me yesterday. She was beautiful. She had silky brown hair and deep blue eyes that showed sympathy and understanding. She was wearing a Metus on her back, and had sever quivers of arrows piled on one side of the room. She noticed I was awake and asked me how I felt.

I said “I’m fine, but may I ask your name?” “My name is Emily, may I ask yours?” “My name is Sid.” “So, how do you feel?” “I feel fine. Thanks for your help.” I got out of the bed but was still very weak from my wounds. I told her I best be going, and asked to meet her again at the beach the next day. She agreed. I offered her some money for the potions she had used to heal me, but she said that I should keep it. After I had walked for about 100 feet, I looked back, she was still at the door watching me. Just then I realized that I liked her- liked her alot. I managed to make my way home and crawl back into bed, as it still was 4 in the morning.

Emily~~~~

As he walked away, I felt sad. I really liked him, and was really glad I was going to see him again. I was worried about him, also. I didn’t know why that band of theives had attacked him, but they would probably be back, and might kill him.

I decided to follow him home. I moved in te back alleys to make sure he couldn’t see me. Pretty soon, I saw a assassin getting redy to throw a Tobi at him. I readied an arrow and shot at the assassin. It pierced throw his arm and pinned him to a wall. He screamed out in pain. Sid noticed and tok his dagger out. He ran up to the assassin and used Savage Blow to kill him. He started walking bacvk to his house again, as if nothing had happened.

  1. dude, that was pretty dam awesome. Major props for using the actual Maple Story classes as friends and foes. I kind of saw similarity in the way things really run. Sins and Bandits are rivals (skill/power/long vs short range), so I could see a fight between the two pretty clearly. Also, Bandits and archers are cool wit each other, so yea, Anyway, major props there, thumbs up bro.

  2. Thx. Im probably gonna start the next one tonight and probably submit it sometime tomorrow morning.
