A sin’s story:ch 8

I rushed at the mage.It was a stupid thing to do,as I later learned. In one swift, fluid motion the mage teleported behind me and delivered a blow to the back of my head with his Thorns staff.I moaned as I hit the floor. It took me a moment to regain my senses;any longer and this fight would be over. I rolled onto my back and grabbed the bottom of his Dark Suit.It was a deperate manuever, but it worked. He fell over, giving me enough time to get back on my feet. He ddn’t stay down for long however, and sent a block of ice straight at me.

I leaped back, narrowly avoiding my death. The ice shattered, sending shards of cold death flying everywhere. I leaped into the air and threw two steelies at my foe. Once more he teleported, this time taking my sack with him.

Without it,I had no weapons nor potions. To make it short, I was a sitting duck.(Ducks are cool btw.)
“Oh crap.” Was all I could say.

The mage laughed that evil, demonic, insane, cheesy laugh of his and aimed is staff at me.
Nothing happened. A minute passed. I stared at him thinking What does he think he’s doing? And are his thoughts slanted like mine?” Taking advantage of his strange halt I charged at him. Under and other given circumstances, I’d be dead by now. By hey,the guy’s got issues so might as well take that chance.

I grabbed the sack right out of his, and he still hadn’t moved. What the heck is wrong with this guy? Taking advantage of the situation once more, I sat on a chair and waited. And waited. . .waited some more. . .

Then it hit me.Literally. I felt a strange spinning sensation, and the next thing I knew I was on the floor with aThorns staff being pressed into my neck. I struggled to get the staff off. Unfortunately, all I managed to do was get a blow to the head with that treachorous and oh so painful staff. I yelped in pain. The mage hadn’t killed me yet.Is this guy an idiot or something? Kill me so we can get on with the story!

I used Dark Sight. I materialized right behind the mage. By the time he turned around I had his staff in my arms.
I laughed.Victory was mine!I attempted to break the staff in two.Instead,I may have broken my finger.
I frowned. “Man I really needa work out some more.” I whined.

“Let me save you the trouble, mage.” I smacked myself on the head with the staff and fell over backward.
I then handed him the staff and got right back up.
“This isn’tover!” I yelled. All the while he was silent.

I threw two steelies at him, hoping they would make contact. my wish was granted. One hit him on the leg and the other struck him in the soldier.

“Oh f***!,” he cursed.”You win this time filthy piece of shi*!”
With that said, he teleported straight out of the hole that he created.

And by this time,The Slayer had woken up.Great timing. -_-
“I am in debt to you, one who throws stars.Anything you wish shall be yours.”

“Can you just call me an assassin like everyone else?,” I implored “and I wish for my friends`lives back. . . with cheese.”
His face turned red “NO I WILL NOT CALL YOU AN ASSASSIN AND NO I WILL NOT RETURN THEIR LIVES TO YOU!YOU MUST COMPLETE THE TESTS OR YOU’LL NEVER GET TO COLLEGE. . .I mean get their lives back. . .and the cheese is mine! I love my cheese!” He roared.Wow he was touchy about these things.

“But I just saved your life! Cut me some slack!” I roared back.
“No.No no no no no no no.” He replied.”Just go pass the freakin tests.”
“Fine I will! And I’ll get cheese by myself, and you can’t have any!Hmp.” I stormed out through the wall, returning to the sanctuary where those I cherished were killed.

“All I wanted was cheese…” I quietly muttered as I embarked once more on a perilous journey.

  1. The goddess of randomness is in favor with your story, she humbly presents you cheese for the story,

Yet that was so random o.0
