Whee! I feel like I’ve actually accomplished some things in MapleStory today!

I started out doing Nella of Kerning City’s Quest (2), and I managed to finish the first and second requests. So yeah…I got white potions and a steel and a bronze plate. I want to do the last quest, and I hope I get the Black Magic Shoes for my Magician, or even the White pair would be nice. Anyway, I’ve been trying to get stuff for level thirty, since I’m now only 3 levels away from 2nd job advancement! Yay!

Knowing I needed Curse Eye Tails for the last quest, and for another quest I’m doing, I decided to venture off to Sleepywood. Going through the Ant Tunnel, I was fighting Mushrooms when I realized I was about to level up. I managed to take a screen shot, but I took it before the “Level Up!” popped up completely. >.<

But yeah…as I leveled up, I guess from hearing the sound, someone said “Gratz!” in the chat. The person they were with, (I was assuming they were partied, as they were talking to each other and stuff, asked who had leveled up. I answered them by saying, “I did, and thanks! “. One of them (I can’t recall the name or character), said, “Here, a present for you.” I climbed the rope on the safe spot where the player was, and they dropped a sack of 50,000 mesos! I picked it up…along with the other two he (or she) then dropped! I couldn’t believe (s)he’d given me all those mesos! I thanked them, forgot to take a screenie out of excitement, and then got off MapleStory, deciding to stop while I was having a good day.

I’m happy that there are still nice people, especially in Windia. I was beginning to think the whole game was gonna be hackers soon, and I’m glad I was proven wrong!
