When my wife was feeling better, I had to pay for her medical fees and it was 1 million mesos. I sighed and dropped a sack of mesos on the counter and left. I wanted to go home in Ludibrium but she wanted to go to Aqua Dungeon. I insisted and she finally gave up and we started going towards Orbis Tower. When we entered Orbis Tower, we saw the same group of hermits pouncing on a group of level 30+ and forcing money and items out of them.

I was so angry that I shot some holy arrows at one of them and the 1st hermit that I shot, I found out that his name was Danny. fell back unconscious.My wife and I casted all kinds of spells to hurt them. I was surprised as my wife was actually a very gentle woman. She was throwing Ice Beams and Ice Strikes to finish them off. I was rooted to the ground as a lot of blood has been lost by the hermits.

I was glad to see and I was so furious at the hermit who threw daggers that I shot an Holy Arrow at his Dark Scarab and it broke into a million pieces. He shouted at me angrily that the Scarab costed him 8 million mesos. Despite the injury, he limped towards me and took out a Dark Avarice. I started casting hundreds of Shining Ray to knock him back but nothing happened except that blood kept dripping from his horrible body and his Purple Nightfox torn to pieces. At the 156th Shining Ray, he finally dropped down…. dead.

His other friends saw their friend and started running for their lives. I kept running after them and casted Shining Ray to zap their butts and my wife casted Ice Strike to make them feel cold. My wife managed to freeze one of the hermits and he fell like a statue. We called the GM-on-duty and it was GMBBlacklight. He arrived shortly and he looked at the dead hermit and the frozen one.

I was scared when he asked who killed the hermit and I said I did. His grave look turned into a grin and he said that I had killed the most dangerous hermit of the pack and he was the leader. All the GMs had tried to capture him but failed many times and the Maple Court allowed them to try and kill the leader.I was relieved when I heard that and guess what the reward was? 10 million mesos!! I was so happy that I smiled from ear to ear. We made our way back and started settling happily.

8 months later….

We were resting peacefully when the fairy, Rowen, came tapping at our window, panting. She had flew here all the way from Ellinia to deliver a message form Grendel The Really Old. I was delighted as I was his most favourite student back in the old days when I was a cleric. I studied under his training and became a very bright Priest later. His message sayed that the Mysterious Shark was back.There were myths about it and they were never proven. He said that I and a few of my friends in the Grendel Gifted & Talented class were chosen which included my wife! I was thrilled and I was supposed to kill the Mysterious Shark….
