Chapter Four: Me Fail at English? UNPOSSIBLE!

A person waving a cheap, flimsy sword around screamed as a swarm of oversized, wild pigs with large tusks chased him.

“Help meeeeeeeeeeee!” He cried out. A person, presumably his brother that was training him, buried his face in his hands.

Spatrix walked in front of the swarm, his face looking indifferent. He assumed a defensive stance as the pigs leaped at him. “Storm of Claws!” He yelled out. Each pig was sliced in half as they tried to give Spatrix a full-body tackle. The two brothers looked at him in awe.

“Show-off,” Hidekay told Spatrix as he sheathed his blade.

An hour later, they were hopping across the thick canopy of trees in the forest of Ellinia, killing the reckless large, living mushrooms and green slime jellies. Two people tagged along, picking up the dropped items with glee. The occasional rare item resulted in a cry of joy.

“Isn’t there any way to get rid of them? They’ve been following us the entire time now.” Denkera gestured at the brothers.

“You know, we could push them off the trees, but I doubt that would shake them off,” Hidekay said.

They needn’t have worried, because a group of show-offs came along and held them up with plenty of tricks.

“Ah, the beautiful town of Ellinia. My second home,” Denkera cried gaily as they reached a vast city built on the trees.

A group of young fairies rushed at Hidekay, holding up pens and paper.

“It’s Hidekay, the strongest of the Ganashis!” A crowd gathered, treating Hidekay with the respect you would give a movie star.

Then, an argument broke out.

“Your glamorousness constantly amazes-“
“Clamp your jaw! Your mediocre skills of the beautiful English will turn away such a famous-“
“Antonias, what permitted you to be so crude whilst we are still in the presence of the-“

Hidekay pushed out the crowd, dragging Spatrix and Denkera with him.

“You put up with this for FIVE YEARS?” Spatrix asked, his eyes boggling.

They made their way to the house of Hethrias, only to find that he was busy at the scene of the crime where Jensahra was murdered. They made their way to the northern forest.

“You must be Hidekay. Pleased to be of your acquaintance,” a fairy, probably the captain of the police force, held out his hand.

Hidekay took it. “I’m under the impression that you are the famous Captain Sesshomaru?”

“Yes. We found many signs of a battle that stretches for nearly a mile. The most disturbing part is that although your father was killed by a mage, there’s no trace of a mage even being here at all.”

“Then did you find out where the band of murderers are?”

“Yes. They went to-.” Then, an arrow made of lightning spouted through his chest.

Denkera spun around from the tree he was investigating. “Hethrias!” he shouted.

“He was going to give us away,” a man in a silk cape hissed.

Hidekay ran so fast that he seemed like a dark blur. He swung fifteen times at Hethrias. With no effort at all, the monarch of the mages deflected the blows. Denkera created six giant swords of light and sent them crashing down on Hethrias. The mage spun his staff around and shattered the swords. Spatrix created a vacuum by swinging his sword to get his friends back before they were hit by any of Hethrias’ attacks.

“What’s happening?” Denkera muttered.

“One things for sure. It isn’t Hethrias attacking. His eyes don’t have any pupils. Looks like he’s being controlled.” Hidekay prepared for another attack.
