MapleSAP Special: Justice Arrow
Part 8: Magician Traffiking

[ The rangers and Bow Masters of the Justice Arrow ran through the streets and back alleys and paths of Ellinia, chasing down and capturing several children and magicians they suspect of being contaminated with hackium. The bowmen entered Ellinia in the morning and kept a low profile until school let out at around 4 today. They then ambushed and took several children, including magicians and tossed them into their trucks and drove off, without any significant explanation– Maple Mages’ Free Press]

While some of them died, most of them were injured; cut down by the arrow rain, their legs completely shattered. After they were shot down, the bowmen terrorists shot them again, breaking their arms and legs further; especially their hands and feet in some areas.They were all thrown carelessly into backs of stolen trucks. The magicians who were captured, or ‘kidnapped’ as the dissent press groups like to say, are all suspecting of carrying hackium. They are all potential hackers who all can pose a threat to Maple society everywhere. Since no law enforcement is not lacking the resources to do something about the hacker problem, the Justice Arrow have taken the job into their own hands. “…It is tragic, it is sad. Words cannot describe the Justice Arrow’s rampage through the Azn districts. Hundreds of people, many of whom’s bodies carry magic energy, were crippled and taken away or outright slaughtered by the Justice Arrow’s elite troops. Many magicians were murdered right in front of their own children. I dispatched my best units and SWAT Teams to put a stop to this despicable act of terror. Several KCP officers like my self called the GM and the MPC for assistance, but no response. That isn’t the point. The point is the maginitude of the tragedy that occured here. It must sicken every decent person, to know that this attack occured during Elune Season- when the moon is closest to our planet. Elune Season is a holiday time for magicians everywhere. Magicans are different because of the moon’s position when they were born. It affects the magnetic field, and the planetary magic grid. All bodies born during these few weeks will have higher capacity to deal with magic energy. Yet, the magacians slain today were human beings, just like you and I. There are no genetic differences between the magicians, the Victorians, the SEA Landers and the Justice Arrow and those they defend from ‘invasive vile crap’ as Henesys’ preachers describe us all as.

Until as recently as the Justice Arrow’s assault on Kerning’s Azn magician population and the attempted kidnapping in Ellinia earlier this year, the JA’s human trafficking business was perhaps one of the Henesys’ best kept secrets for decades. However, it is not like the operation has just been noticed. Stories and suspicion of kidnappings go around everywhere, especially in Kerning city’s Azn districts (7ung Hwang, Magic Quarter, etc) and Ellinia’s outskirt villages. Rumors or noob-nappings are unavoidable in Kerning, Lith Harbor, Perion, Ellinia, and Victoria’s 15 children’s reserves.
The NBNC has warnings posted at every office and reserve advising parents and kids. Kids are trained to act when such a situation rises, but nothing ever happens, or the word of alarm never makes it to the right sets of ears.
Local newspapers show articles of kidnappings, but nothing was ever proven until the tragedy in Kerning. Not only was the Magic Quarter district attacked by the JA, but the troops also invaded the Permanoob burbs and magician concentraded areas in the city. Media anylists who studied the footage for hours on end reported that in their findings, there was no significant evidence that the bowmen were actually Justice Arrow members. The report calls the attackers
either supporters of the JA or magic-hating terrorists.
It’s a mystery how the Justice Arrow can sheild itself in the face of blame. They always claim posers are at work and use the JA as an excuse to throw authorities and media off their trail; but that is exactly what the Henesys religious propaganda machine does best.
When the GMs searched through Henesy and the surrounding region for clues, every building, shack and cellar turned up no evidence. The last time missing kids were found in Henesys was in 1981 when a pedofile operation was busted by the Justice Arrow.
So where do all the kids go?
MapleSAP decided to investigate on behalf of all the missing kids, magicians and noobs. Ross Kent’s team discovered slaves working in Henesys during their first month on assignment it turns out the kids were in deed captured at various points in Victoria. National history records reveal the JA’s so called relocation program during the bomb raids on Kerning.
But where are the few thousand missing mages? MapleSAP’s Sam Fisherprice obtained a 200K mesos permit and travelled to Maple Island to find out.
Maple Island is a floating fortress, carved out of a massive chunk of rock 7Km long, and floats above Victoria, powered by powerful magnetic crystal system. The island, home to the country’s most secure children’s reserves; Bellocon, Mardia, and Bera, drifts in circular patterns above Victoria. At the bottom of the island, telescopes and high powered cameras collect pictures, thermal data, atmospheric conditions and other useful date on Victoria. Powerful lasers pick up temperature readings 5000 feet down. The telescope, used by the GM only, can take pictures of the land with as close a scale as 1:1000, where the lens picks up almost everything.
Fisherprice was allowed to use the telescope and took pictures of the Corazon Mountains along the old Forbidden Road, the migration route between Zhong Guo Territory border and Perion. His results were shocking.
The images, both physical and thermal, picked up a cluster of buildings at the ancient Sherenian village Haktzku, 55 km north of Perion. Fisherprice also picked up vehicles constantly moving along the route between Perion and Haktzku, and Corazon Canyon at the Cold Death Pass crossing.
Fisherprice found heat signatures which he identfied as arrow bomb explosions, arrow rain, bodies, and engines. In the frigid Corazon, heat signatures are easy to pick up.
He traced the movement of the vehicles to Haktzku from several positions around Victoria, including Henesys, Kerning, Ellinia, and several other sites of supected kidnappings or suspicious disappearances.

After he left Maple Island, Fisherprice and his team travelled to the Corazon in secret and using cameras, and memory crystals obtained images and videos of the buildings around the ancient Sherenian ruins. They hid cameras and microphones and picked up critical information such as names, faces, etc. The activities they secretely witnessed were nothing less than shocking. In a text message on his messenger, Fisherprice wrote:
“There is no question to it, this is definately a Justice Arrow base. We’ve been here for three days now, camped behind the ridge that runs along the gravel road. We planted cameras and mics around the place at night and are collecting lots of good dirt on the JA. We’re going to hold out as long as we can here to see what the Justice Arrow group is really up to out here”
His next message reads: “Its been two days since my last report. Our food supply is used up and we really starting to freeze up here! It’s only a matter of hours before we have to pack up and head south. In the last two days, we saw several trucks arrive from the north. the men all speak Mandarin or Singlish. They talk with the JA’s translators and they exchange money. The Azn men take over some of the trucks; opening them for inspection. The first truck was full of dead mages. Their bodies are completely iced over from the cold. The second truck is full of magicians. The men use stolen staves to hit the children, forcing them back, and close and latch the door. The trucks drive off. One truck was unloaded, and the magicians were forced to stand in the cold for half an hour while a guy who appears to be a doctor looked them over. They were forced into the trucks then left. Yesterday, another truck full of magicians arrived from the south and they were forced out and into the buildings. I found a way in through a window in the back- the place is like a barn. All the magicians are standing or walking like zombies, each of them constantly sapped by electromagic pulse emmitters.
Some of them are dead, and their bodies are scattered accross the rock floor. The other warehouse is used to store the dead. Here, slits in the side of the building let in supercooled air that freezes the bodies, all of which are stacked up on shelves awaiting transport. Some of them died from the cold, others are injured. Sometimes they are stripped of their clothes and equipment whioch will also be sold off to the men from the north.

In one hell of a risky and lucky steal, Fisherprice’s team made off with a box full of name tags as they left.

This new evidence, as convincing as it is, was still dismissed by the GMs, even though they did not confiscate Fisherprice’s work. However, Fisherprice has confirmed kidnappings around small towns in Victoria.

As for Henesys, the satellite in Maple Island found no serious traces of magic energy other than in trucks, which were investigated and turned up nothing. Sam Fisherprice is producing a report which he will submit to Orbis when this series is done.
