Part five

Changing into my casual clothing, I hurried over to the store to get Kitty a gift. Looking through the aisles, I finally found something for her. A whole new outfit for female bowmen would do. I paid the cashier and left. Every step to the diner was filled with thoughts in my head. Each moment seemed like hours.

What was Kitty going to tell me?

When I reached the diner, there she was, but not alone. My heart was torn in half. There was another guy, a fighter. He had her pinned up against the wall and was currently making out with her. I felt that surge of anger rise. Glancing over at Kitty, I couldn’t believe my eyes. She seemed to be enjoying it too. When she opened her beautiful eyes and gazed at me, she broke away from him.

Kitty: Why hello, Kevin.
Me: Kitty, how could you?
Kitty: Meet my boyfriend, Martin.
Martin (in his deep, low voice): You better apologize to my girl for killing her brother, you Demon. If you don’t bad things are going to happen to you and your guild.
Me (with tears down my eyes): How could you do this to me? I thought you loved me.
Martin: First you don’t apologize, NOW YOU TRYING TO STEAL MY GIRL? By the way, REAL men don’t cry like you do, sissy.
Kitty: Martin baby, lets leave this loser alone. We have better things to do. Just one more thing…you know.

With that, he started making out with her once again. She started to zip down his shirt, showing his muscular body. With her arms around him tight, and her eyes closed, they seemed peaceful. Worst of all, they did that right in front of my eyes. Just less then 12 hours ago, those lips had been against mine. But now…With a million questions racing through my head, I dropped the package and hasted away.
