along with the PatMK pic a new pic has been discovered of a GM (it was a Warning Box) telling a 7x crusader hacker That the Next time he will be banned. I’m sorry, a next time? the picture looks pretty legit from my view but keep in mind edits are possible. but if it is real i just dont know what to think anymore =(

Holy Hell. . .
It really shouldn’t be too difficult to get a map and of all the places at the Henesys Hunting Ground but sadly it is. Hackers are getting way out of control and there isnt much we can do to stop them. As if it weren’t bad enough thats they are hacking they are incredibly immature and selfish, too. For the last few days on my bandit i was training at the henesys hunting ground when a hacker pops in and steals the map. We all know that people steal maps and such it happens. At coolies. At grupins. At drakes. Not at the henesys hunting ground, the best and most populated training area of every class under level 30. I guess i’m some sort of hypocrite now because all i’ve ever said was: “give the gms’ time and they will get the hackers”. but after seeing the infamous “PatMK letting the hacker off” pic (which i will go into detail about down there) i simply do not know anymore.
A civil war has started in maplestory. Arguments, Predjudice, and Discrimination are huge problems in maplestory now. The people who are suffering are:
*Warriors-The Job with the highest hacking population
*People with low fame-Anyone who has low fame now is a hacker. (ironically people who try to buy fame to get past this stereotype is assumed a hacker because they are buying fame
*People with dumb names- it seems that if your name isn’t approved by someone else you are a hacker for choosing that name
It’s ridiculous. People add my fighter to pq’s and say: “okay warrior hack all the monsters so we can finish fast”. Just because i’m a warrior i hack? Contrary to what they think i’m 200% anti-hacker. I absolutely detest hackers and to be seen as one is extremely offensive. This “Civil War” is killing maplestory. Nobody can trust anyone anymore. Your best friends in game start hacking and you have no choice but to let them go. Nobody gets along now. Megaphones yelling out hackers are now 60% of all megaphones out there. The best part of Maplestory is getting along with everyone but i’m afraid now its impossible.
Many of you are wondering: “Why now? Why are so many people hacking all of a sudden?” This is because The hacking community used to keep hacks a secret. They use to only let few people in their “hacking circle” but apparently since there is such little GM activity now they are not afraid to give out their secrets. They tell anyone who wants to hack everything they need to know. So now as if the cocky, somewhat intelligent hackers weren’t enough we have immature 10 year-old hackers.
I’ve always been a GM loverboy despite the fact i’ve never even met one. Why do i love them so even if i’ve never met one? They keep order, they protect legits everywhere, while at the same time playful and not too serious. They joke and laugh and make faces they are not automated banning machines (in a metaphoric sense) But now they’ve got gotten soft. In case, you’ve never seen it, there is a picture of PatisserieMK (a Global GM) letting off a hacker named Zenstation and giving him another chance. ANOTHER CHANCE!? What the hell is that about? he actually says: “ZenStation i know you hack, but i’m giving you one more chance”. Wheres the ruthless PatMK thats use to ban people for getting his name wrong or giving one-day bans to people who talked to him the wrong way. But he gives the hacker? a second chance?

my only point is something needs to be done because at this rate MapleStory wont last very long

MapleStory isn’t dying. Global MapleStory is dying. It’s progressed into a flaming bag of dog poo that’s not gonna go out very soon. The other versions are doing moderately fine.
Henesys Hunting Ground? I hate that place. Go train in the Hill East of Henesys. Hardly any hackers there. As for PatMK, I always thought he was corrupt. When I was still playing daily (summer 2005) I was in Perion Ch 1 (yes, before everyone moved to FM) and PatMK showed up to show off. He was hopping around hasting and doing Dragon Roar, and then just left. -_-
I swear, he shows off too much.

There is really nothing to do abaut the hacker community at this rate, the only thing to do is to avoid any contact with a hacker, that might be a little helpless, but it’s the only thing I can think of. Of cause, reporting is very helpfull, but once you have been at any kitty map, you will realise that with just one report, you can not do much.
Hacking has become so simple to do, I see people with absolutely no idea what they are doing, harrasing, map stealing and doing showoff, just because they can.
Hackers are a population MapleStory will not get rid of in the near future, so it’s time to face the reality, and stop complaining.
And if you think that you are having a hard time being accused of hacking, try being named BrainHacker, that is a hard nut to crack.

i’m not sure if your in scania or it’s different in your server or what your situtation is but my bandit HAS to pq to level up
i shouldnt hafta pq just to level i should be able to train normally
what i’m saying is that it is NEAR-IMPOSSIBLE to train efficiently on my bandit because now they are on near every channel usuing cseax (i think thats the spelling) and tubis like crazy

True, though it is never okay to hack. Hacking is simply a way to bend the game rules, and if you are not able to follow simple rules, you should not be able to play.
I have seen this picture too, a friend showed me, no idea from where it came, or if it was edited, but I will not ask him to show it to me again.

Hackers in GMS are really gettin outta control. They dun care if they get banned cause they just gonna make another account to play. GM’s are lazy to just get on for an hour to ban like 5 million ppl cause i can find 100 hackers prolly in like 10 mins. GM’s prolly never encountered playin as a legit against a hacker so they dun care much -_-. BUT there are still GM’s in GMS just wandering arond. I would know cause my best friend in real life got like 8 accounts banned in bello, another friend had like 11 banned in khaini (all lvl 60+ -_-) so i still believe GM’s will one day come hopefully and ban like all the hackers =D.
