Another blog on “The Word noob&amp

Well I saw a very good blog on how some people in Maple Story are complete idiots. So here’s another blog on the word noob. Here is my first one.

And here is the well made blog on party quest idiots.

So that’s alot of space taken up. I would like to ask before anything else if you could please click the “I like this blog” button because I would like my thoughts to be seen by everyone. Make sure you click the button AFTER you read just incase you wind up not liking it and then you don’t click it because you don’t like it.
Alright now to talk more about noobs in the place where they are found the most. But to make it more interesting I would like to give you a multiple choice question to get your opionion.
So the question is where can most noobs be found.
Is it…
A. In popular training grounds like Heneys (sorry its spelled wrong) Hunting Ground?
B. In big trading and commerce areas such as the free market?
C. In party quest areas such as the Kerning City sewers or Ludibrium’s Eos Tower 101’st floor?
D. In not as popular training grounds where there are less people? (I say this becuase if you find someone there’s a chance they are a total noob)
E. All of the above?
F. None of the above/Somewhere I haven’t listed?

Ok first before I go trashing “noobs” I suppose I should explain what I consider a “noob”. Noobs are the virus’s of Maple Story. They are that what thing you never want to be around (unless you are a noob youself, then you are kind of immune). My personal definition of a noob is someone who is immature, has to have their way and always acts in defiance of others whether they are trying to help or hurt. The term “newb” is what I consider someone who is polite and just needs help, like when someone is pq’ing for the first time. A “pro” to me is someone who is always willing to help a “newb”. Ok since we are done wtih definitions I guess we can talk about the most common area to find noobs. I’m not saying you should go noob hunting or anything like that, this is just something I see too much of in Maple Story and what we can do to avoid being noobs because who wants to be a noob anyway right? For that question I would personally pick “C”, in the pq areas. This is because noobs are often obsessed with leveling and eveyrone knows that if you can get into the party quest areas it is INCREDIBLE exp. So the noobs are obviously attracted here like bugs are attracted to light. I’m not saying that everyone in the pq is a noob just that noobs are often found there. Ok so if you ask me in the Ludi Party Quest the job that acts the most nooby is the Assassin. Most sins i find try to take advantage of the fact that they are required if you wish to complete a party quest. The next most ignorant class is the one that EVERYBODY hates: The mage. I could never understand why mages were so hated (partially because my main character is a mage) until I made my warrior Tuffswordman. Mages always ks the warriors for some reason (most likely because they can and because they are noobs). So once I played in the level 20 area or so, I kind of figured it out. But to help with that I also realized I could just try and find a different map. Anyway the classes I respect the most are the bowman because it takes a great amount of patience to level up a bowman so only very mature people can become a powerful bowman. Another class I like is the bandit and this is because I have heard it also takes a lot of patience (not as much as bowman from what I hear) to become a good bandit so only the mature can make it through without hacks and hackers could just go to a map and vac, godmode and bot. The reason why I dont like the Assassin is becuase they are very arrogant and don’t have a spirit of comraderie so they can’t really act like it’s a “party” quest. I’M NOT SAYING ALL SINS ARE LIKE THIS, THIS IS JUST FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. So in the pq most noobs will say these kinds of things. “stuipd nobo give em m4g3/7h13f potral or I l34v3 with passes” Sorry about spelling errors and numbers, it’s required if I want to imitate a noob. You just can’t act like this if you want to “party” quest. So I’m pretty much done here, I’m sorry this was more of a “What not to do in a Party Quest” guide. I didn’t really talk about the word noob itself like I did in my last blog but if I did it would just be a repeat you all don’t need to see. I’m also aware I only talked about the Ludi PQ, this is because I haven’t experienced a noob recently enough in Kerning to describe one. Thats where that other blog comes in.

P.S. Please don’t flame me and if you do at least have a good reason that comes wtih your argument, after reading that please don’t be a noob.

Anyway have a good one! And if you read this I’m quite proud of you!

  1. Still reading, but I must say that I find it absurd that you are asking people to click on the “I like this blog button” before they have really read the blog. For all we know, the person could end up disagreeing completely with you. So yeah, but I guess the person must be pretty dumb in the first place to click the “I like this blog” button before actually reading it. Anyways, I will try to comment on the rest of your blog as soon as I finish it.

  2. After reading your blog, since I said I would comment on the rest of it, I don’t really like it. It is just a collection of your opinions on what a noob, newb, and pro is, and then on what you think each class of the game acts like. Even though you shouldn’t really make assumptions on classes. Each character has an individual person behind them.

  3. XD you do, I kinda put those other links up there for a reason and thanks for ur opionion. The question was designed for you to answer it too.
