You cant look around MS forums , without seeing people saying that everyone who play MS got no life.
Ill try to explain what they are meaning and why they are saying that.

Well , ive said it before , ppl who sit near the PC all day got no SOCIAL life.
when ppl say that someone has no life they just mean that his only activity on their free time is sitting near the PC (doing no matter what).
sitting near the PC all day is definitly not a positive thing , you dont see any people and you dont exercise your body. – thats why the expression is “no life”
no matter what you think , humans are not meant to sit near a screen all day long , your will hurt your eyes , your muscles will get weak , and you will prolly hit your back on the long term. (lots of people complain about wrist problems as well).

Now , when (sadly) I got nothing to do , I figured out how bad it is to seat near the PC all day, im doing nothing with myself and im getting depressed, from next week im starting to hang out with some friends, I might even start swimming O_0.

Im studying on the University now , its my first year’s seconds semester.
Since im living away from homew I dont have a computer for my own and I can only use public computers.
on the last semester , all of my grades were 90+ , my average was 94 (I took 5 courses).
Back then ,I knew my grades are high since I was studying the whole semester , I never had a chore waiting even a single day before I started to work on it, I was in all the lectures and practical sessions , I did all the home exercises , I did so well that in the end of the semester , I didnt even had to study for the exams (Im serious , I was sitting all day doing nothing when all the others were studying).
At first , I thought that I was studying so hard since I had nothing else to do , now , I figured out that I did well since I was motivated.

Since the second semester started, I just cant study anymore , I got bored of it and im out of motivation ,I still make myself go to the lectures and practical sessions , and I do all the obligatory exercises (the graded ones) , but I got no life.
I figured out that the only thing I do on my free time , is going to the public computer room and just burn my time somehow , I got really depressed out of it since I was doing NOTHING, no brain exercise , no body exercise , just nothing .
I started to be tired all day, the only thing I was thinking about was coming back home and playing MS. (I come back home on weekends).
then , I figured out why I was depressed and thinking about MS all the time, I was just BORED and I needed something to do, and thats why I kept thinking of MS , it was the only thing I had to do.

Seeing that im not studying anywayz , and that MS wasnt the reason for it , i figured that MS doesnt take your life totally since I still wanted to do something with myself although I was too edicted.

BUT , and this is the big BUT…
If I could play MS here , I would probably do so in all of the free time I had , doing nothing else , so MS does take your other life.

so basicly , If I had MS I would be in the exact same condition , I wouldnt be bored , but I might still be depressed.
So, if you think that playing MS all day doesnt mean you have no life , your definition to “life” is not beaing bored , thats all.
