Yes I’m a noob at computers…there. But I want to know.

~ Chapter 3 – The Reason Why ~
I was stunned. I hated Athena, she didn’t make me a bowman, but It gives
me no right to take her as hostage. Would I feel this way even if the
hostage wasn’t Athena? It wouldn’t matter who the hostage would be,
cause I’m now going to be marked as a criminal forever. The people of
Kerning focused on the Dark Lord, Athena, and me.

They probaly wondered why such a young person be in this organization.
The Dark Lord was issuing terms for her release. I wondered why
Athena couldn’t escape. She was the king…er queen of Bows in
Victoria Island. I guess the Dark Lord, the king of thieves, can
take her down easily. Seeing she doesn’t even have her bow, there is no
way she can escape from the “Dark Lord”.

Dark Lord was almost done talking to the citizens of kerning city, and
suddenly I thought about something. I promised myself I would escape
when I got stronger. I did get somewhat stronger, and seeing the situation
here, the thieves would never stop me or they’ll be disobeying the
“Dark Lord”.

I decided I was going to take Athena with me. I breathed hard. My heart
was pumping extremely fast. I was this nervous before. I forced
myself to calm down. This is only going to happen once. Never something
this extreme will happen again. When there was complete silence, I took
action. I quickly ran to Athena and snatched her from Dark Lord.

She took my hand, like she was expecting me to take it, and didn’t say
a word. The citizens ran after me as soon as I took Althena. I ran outside
the borders of Kerning City. They followed me even very far from Kerning
City. Almost everybody left Kerning City, and without anybody to
protect Kerning City, the Dark Lord commanded everyone to pillage Kerning
City. Gangs in Kerning City took advantage of this as well.

The thieves went to pillage everything, taking down all the gangs who stood in
their way. It was like having a Gang War in a ghost town. Meanwhile, As I
was trying to not get a Heart Attack and at the same time, look for a place
to hide. They followed us so far that we reached Lith Harbor. I hid in a hidden
place no one knew about called “Pig Beach”.

Even Kerning Citizens loves Athena. She was the most respected leader of
Victoria Island ever. Grendel the Really Old and Dancing with Balrogs were
next in line. Soon Henesy and Lith Harbor found about the kidnapping, or
so they thought I was kidnapping her, and looked for me.

My heart didn’t pump as fast anymore. No one thought looking behind a yellow
flower bush in the Split Road. They thought no one would hide in Split Road,
cause then Kerning, Lith, and Henesy citizens can corner me there. After
a few minutes when they searched for us somewhere else, Althena finally spoke.

Note: This is where dialogue begins. I will always put their names before they say
something. I’m even worse at dialogue then writing.

Althena: “I’m sorry…this is my fault.”
Me: “No…how is it your fault?”
Althena: “I never told you this…but the qualities of a thief and bowman
are very alike. The killer instinct…great accuracy…everything.”
Althena: “It just depends on your personality on what you will be…
a thief or a bowman.”
Me:”Then…why did you…
Althena:”Its your father…that’s the reason why.”
Me:”My…father?”
Althena: “Yes…when you left Maple Island to become a bowman,
your father didn’t believe you were ready. You’re too young.”
Althena: “I wanted you to grow up, and when you grow up, you
try again to become a bowman.”
Althena: I just didn’t think you ‘d actually become a thief.

So she overestiamated me. Well If I actually listened to her to
become a thief, I must be too young. Now I finally knew
why. Though…that still didn’t help the current situation.
If I was going to make it out of here alive, I would have
to make a plan with Althena. I talked to Althena and she
agreed we needed a plan. As we thought of a plan,
a man named “Dark Lord” ,was following our trail.

~ End ~
This chapter was a lot longer than I thought. It took
me a long time to think of this and write it down. i don’t
type very fast, so I hoped you enjoyed.
