So, I finally got around to making my new character. She’s called SutaStar if you were interested.

Anyways… thats not really what I came to blog about!

I was hanging around in Amherst when I saw two newbs with NX. Normally I wouldn’t think to much of this if it was just one person, but two people at very low levels with ample NX caused me to go questing. I knew I eventually had to go and figure out what I wanted to dress my character up as anyways, so that was my excuse.

I opened up the shop and to my shock and awe, there was still 4k left over from… I don’t even know how long ago, but a long time ago! FTW x1!!!

So, I had already pretty much decided that I wanted a cowboy-ish look. I went straight to the ‘overall’ dept and found my outfit. Then I found this irresistable cowboy-style, leopard print hat. Those both went straight to the reserve!

The I noticed the event tab. I clicked, then clicked on event again… and to my shock… items for 1k!!! FTW x2!!

There were even items there that I had always wanted such as fallen angel wings and the blush!!! FTW x4!!!!!

So, I ended up finding an outfit that I could tolerate. Its not a bad outfit at all really, and being a girl, who could have to many outfits? FTW x5!

Then I decided to head over to the packages area. Mostly so that I could see what sort of pet-packages (if any) were available. I wasn’t really interested in a pet, but I figured that if I was gonna get one, it would be while it was on sale. Too bad pets weren’t on the 1k sale…

I check out the packages… and find one with the cosmetics coupon and lens that I wanted! FTW x6!!

I think going there gave me too many FTW… ne? So much good stuff, I don’t feel half as bad about spending money on it all now lol.

I included a screenie to show you what I bought for 4k. I plan on going back to pick up the blush since its on sale, and eventually the cowgirl stuff and the package.

If anybody has any good ideas for hairstyles, please let me know. Bear in mind that it will probably be seen with the cowboy hat most of the time. I don’t really want anything too radical, but I have no idea which haircuts are available and which cities they are available in. I wish there was a site where you could generate images of your character, or at least one that listed all the hairstyles and where they are.
