I was playing around at the bottom of Ant Tunnel II today when I ran into someone who ran off when I showed up. Right before hand I got hit with a bad bit of lag and was suprirsed to see a monster go zooming along the bottom. Now to get sudden bursts of speed after lag is not unusual but when I changed channels later I found a channel that had no monsters on it at all and a large pile of items in the corner.
I suspected it was the same person so I followed him around for a while and each time as soon as I or someone else would come near he’d fly to another channel. Finally I gained the help of ChaosGal765 in checking to see if he was only running from me. I managed to miss my jump and landed right next to him where he had a large group of enemies. This was the same spot where I saw the pile on the other screens.
Sure enough while I’m standing there I watched monsters come flying in while I was hammering away at the screenshot button. I’m on my laptop which is too weak to use Fraps on so I didn’t get a movie but I got the next best thing as I think the three screen shots show it all well.
I guess I won’t be seeing you around again, DJArtur
You know, this provids a good question, If you are chasing a vac hacker who keeps changing channels is it wrong to clean up the mess he leaves behind? Wouldn’t that kind of be payment for taking the time to track down and report them?
i always take it. Why not? lol
Picking up or killing left over monsters left by a hacker would consider you as a participant in a hack and is a bannable offence, how ever I do not agree with these terms, but you can be mistaken as the hacker himself and either way, be reported. I would suggest not to get close to hackers or their areas, only for one purple, and that is to report and screen shot for proof. Otherwise dont mingle with them. >_>;
last time i saw a pile of monsters and i hit them. luckily no1 was there to think i was hacking
