Follow up

Okay apparently everyone just thinks I’m some hacker-hunter fanatic person who spends all her time looking for hackers instead of training. No, I’m looking for an open channel to train on and most of them are filled with hackers vaccing offscreen or on. The last entry had an exposition, it wasn’t just some bunch of facts for you to dissect. It’s called building up to the point of it all.

Hacker hunter = person who spends all/most of their time reporting hackers and whatever. My friend’s a hacker hunter, I honestly don’t care unless I run into them and/or they’re where I want to be training -_- If that counts as using most of my time to report hackers, then that isn’t something to hate me for. I obviously just have really bad luck, it seems.

You guys totally missed that point, you think that I care more about a game than friends? Did I say I went crazy mass reporting them and backstabbing them? If you knew me, you’d know why I even play this game. And it will go against everything you’ve said. Yeah I think less of them now because they had to stoop to such a level. I trusted them to have my same sense of right and wrong and it disappoints me that they don’t.

You think I would report a hacker before a killer, what the hell? Have you discussed this hacker-hunter stereotype I’m seeing? I don’t even feel like counting all the assumptions made about me from the last entry. You just stereotyped me and categorized me with this “hacker-hunter” title, like that’s all I spend my time doing. I enjoy the game as it was intended, it’s just that I run into hackers every day. Apparently you all missed that too.

And yeah, GMs are doing a bad job. So I said it, flame me again. I saw the list. The amount on there is going to in crease at a rate of e^x because they’re really bad at patching against these hacks people make and have to spend more time banning than patching.

There is no escape from reality when you’re playing an MMO with the majority (and it will always be the majority). They bring reality into it when they screw the game up with cheating, and I’m pretty sick of the cheating in the real world too.

Flame me. You probably missed the point of my entry again.

Edit: Also, Guruji, I do email Wizet. Maybe I’m doing too much then, it seems? With my screenshots that I post here? You want my “MMO day” in another way? Well, you can’t, ’cause that’s what my day is filled with. It’s not a conscious effort. I only choose not to fill in anything personal because I’ve had my own maplestory blog at another URL before MMO Tales came out. I don’t post that stuff here because there are people like you who want to criticize my entire person. By the way, it’s moral, not morale. It’s a completely different thing.

Also (because I can type sh*t and not f*** in the same fashion? Darn myself for being so lax) What was I gonna say. . . oh right, the reason why I didn’t read the part about your hacker stereotype is that I already know what the stereotype is. It’s irrelevant to my entry. And okay, Nexon sucks then. Gotta place the blame somewhere, someone’s being lazy in this battle and it isn’t me -_- /Edit

  1. Ummmm,
Even if your not Hacker-hunter, posting about
hackers does make you look like one
I was trying to make that sound nice

  2. Actually, most of the assumptions were made by me.

I guess now you know how it feels to have assumptions made against you when someone doesn’t read the whole blog. *cough* *points to “the hacker stereotype” *

Anyway, i’m sorta sorry for the things i have said in your previous blog, i’m just an uberly bored sadist.

However i still take a stand against those who say that GMs are lazy and not doing a good job. You do not work at Wizet so you can’t make that assumption. Anyway, think about it. They have to worry about cash shop and the next world release (aquaroad). Also keep in mind that you shouldnt be blaming Wizet for the patching of hacks. Why? Gameguard is owned by Nexon Corp, its their fault for the hackers. They are not doing THEIR job.

Wizet and Nexon are seperate entities. Wizet is the developer, they hire GMs. Nexon Publishes the game and takes most of the money made by Wizet while Wizet only recieves royalties of around 20%.

Patching Gameguard is not Wizet’s problem, it’s Nexon’s.

Gms are not doing a bad job.

  3. I got the point, and I agree with you, I really don’t think that they are trying hard enough to stop hacking. Nexon better get its 455 movin’.

I reported about five people today. That is the most I’ve reported since early beta. Which is pretty sad.

  4. Oh, and Sietelle . . . dont kill me. . .

    please?

Anyway, i understand. you are a cleric training at wraiths and stupid hacking clerics always get in your way. Your luck really must suck. I guess lvl +3 isnt enough for you

EDIT: there was absolutely nothing offensive implied in this comment

  5. Nexon/Wizet can’t keep up with the hacker community. After ever new patch there’s a new bypass and what-not, they could turn gameguard into a fortress and there’s always gonna be some 30-year old computer programming that gets past it, leaks it, and gets manipulated by others to fit their liking.

  6. . . . i can see me lovin nobody but you, for all my life!. . .

sorry, i’m just really really bored

  7. Ah you’ve made a good point. I never thought you were a hacker hunter in the first place, though.

Lol I really need something to blog about so this old entry will go away and not be linked as my most recent blog >_> So oold. And full of anger. Now I’m just apathetic; it’ll come back when I see hackers again. (For now they just float around in that place that I’m not at.)
