In my dream i was in a city full of lights, it was so beautiful. Looking around me I said to myself “Oh my what a lovely place”. What i didn’t notice at first where many creatures. The creatures didn’t seem to notice me even ones that passed right by me. When i looked at one of them that passed by closely i could almost say that i saw things like this before, i just couldn’t place where i had seen them.
Being me i deiced to look around taking advantage of the fact they didn’t seem to care that i was there. There where so many of them moving about talking, shopping, working and many other every day things. I went into what looked like a shop to see what kind of things i would find. As i went in the creature behind the desk said “hello”. Startled at first i was about to say hello back when some one behind me said “oh hello”. Only then after a few more things where said did i notice that they didn’t see me at all and that they where talking to each other. I was about to leave when i noticed that the one creature that came in slipped something into its pocket when the other wasn’t looking. I was shocked i yelled saying”Hey hes stealing from your shop!” but it was as if i had said nothing. I couldn’t believe this.
I ran outside and i noticed something i didn’t before. Things like this where happening all over. I didn’t know what to do. Then i looked over at 2 creatures they seemed to be in love, but after looking at them for a sec i heard a voice in my head, it said “She will never know I’m two timing her.” I couldn’t believe what i was hearing as i looked at her i heard another voice “I cant believe how dumb my family is as i i really cared for them all i care about is my boyfriend. . . well at least til i find a better one. I started to run i couldn’t take this, but where ever i went it was all the same. Every creature was just as bad as the other. Even ones that didn’t do things on the outside had dark thoughts. “What an awful place this is!” i screamed.
Then all of a sudden i was in my room again. “what a relief, only a dream.” i told myself. I got up to wash my face in hope to wake myself up a bit. but only did i realize when i looked into the mirror, that there was one of the creatures that i hated so much. Then it hit me, i had a feeling like when your about to go down a rollercoster. The creatures are people.
It Feels like everyone on maple is like this sometimes lol

Kind of a grim outlook on society. Not all people are like that, and if you really see the world like that then I feel bad for you. Not all people are bad. ^^;

That was deep. Did you really have that dream? Because from the moment you said about the stealing, I was going to relate it to human nature.
However, as you exaggerated for effect, not all humans are like that.
Nice tie-in to Maple at the end, but hey, that makes sense too.
