Saga of Sin, Prologue

In the Mist of Darkness

Darkness fell in the sinister alleyways of Kerning City as a shadow pursued me, never resting. Always running away. Ducking under a window ledge, I stopped to catch my breath, but still on guard, always looking for the shadow. The sound of silence became deafening; the gentle breeze seemed more intimidating than usual.

A searing pain throbbed on my leg as the sky rain of flaming arrows. My mind screamed of pain, but my face would not show any weaknesses as the lurking figure sauntered towards me. Cries of anguish remain for the weak.

A blinding light was set against the pure blackness of the night sky as the figure slid its GM hat. A face, a female, glistened into view. A face I knew so well.

“Brother,” she muttered under her breath.

Okay, fine. It’s more of a prologue, but all my dead and beaten brain can muster up. Tell me if you like it, and suggestions if you find some errors. =D

  1. Go slackers. Aren’t Prologues supposed to introduce characters and stuff? No wait, I’m stupid.
