Death Teddies? Not.

Death? Well, I survived them. I see no death.
Teddies? Teddies are NOT possessed by freaky ghost spirits. That thing is no teddy.

Sometimes, Wizet (Nexon?)’s names for monsters are questionable.

So. I leveled to 49. Screenshot 1
Only 655200 experience until THE level 50!

You may have read my other blog, titled “Suicide Run”? It detailed my clocktower adventure at level 46, when I made it to Gatekeeper and got owned, correct? The place was called Warped Path of Time if I’m not mistaken.

I planned another similar adventure this time, except now I was headed to Thanatos’s lair, the Forgotten Path of Time.
(Forgotten? No.
Path? Hardly. It’s vertical, for goodness’ sake!
of Time? Well, yes, it took time. I guess.
There it is again, Wizet (Nexon?)’s wayward naming scheme.)

Anyway. I descended the tower (commenting to my friend on how pathetic a klock’s touch damage was for its level) and reached Forgotten Path of Time <3>. Land of the Death Teddies. What joy. Screenshot 2

I thought I might not make it. I thought wrong. On my side were luck, HP, and an ice mage. Luck because I managed not to get touched much; HP because I had enough to take 2 hits; and an ice mage was fighting the things =D

The only major difficulty was a row of DT’s blocking the way to the exit portal. There was no alternative way to go, so I simply charged through them and spammed Hot Dog Supremes. Surprisingly, it worked

Phantom Watches were a piece of cake, there were hardly any on the map, and the ones that were there didn’t block my way like those inconsiderate DT’s.

Thanatos wasn’t so generous, however. Screenshot 3 shows how it (she?) did justice to me.

I tried again, died on the DT map from a defrosted but provoked DT (I happened to be in the way of its magic attack), went back down, and went into Gatekeeper territory again. Made it to the Gatekeeper, got killed once again by its energy slashing cleaving thing. 2535 damage.

And I turn up in the main town of Ludi, short a few (actually, a LOT of) potions, about 200 experience, and got a close-up view of one of the most popular training spots for the 80’s. Not that I’ll be 80 soon, but…

And I’ll close with a recommendation: If you haven’t done this already, I highly recommend it. Loads of fun =DDD

  1. You do not see the powers of the ludibrum monsters unless you jump down and attack them. Nevertheless shouldn’t you agree 1000damage is a lot? Face it you can’t train on them till lvl8x.

  2. Mateon Field can be found as a hidden portal on Something Field III. At the boulder with the sketch of the alien.
