My compy is downloading updates so I can’t play Maple. *Big sigh*

Lately my computer has been acting up. My beloved home channel (Ch. 13) keeps disconnecting me. This has never happened before, and it makes me sad. There isn’t much of a story behind this. My cousin, Jimmy, got me started on MapleStory and he was always on channel 13. I guess, for now, I’ll be adopting channel 8 as a temporary home until this is fixed. *Another big sigh*

But, things aren’t all bad. For one, I’m halfway to level 55. Yay! Just another week or two and I’ll be uber pro. My guild is becoming active-er and (get this) we have 15 whole GUILD POINTS! Yay! Lately, all the training I’ve been getting is from mindlessly killing Cursed Eyes with my friend Thief. It’s not actually as boring as it sounds. The music is teh pwnage. Rya made a guest appearance yesterday. (Hi Rya.)

On music. . . I relate certain songs with different periods of Mapling. Tree music in Ellinia reminds me of my noobular days in the (hack-free) slime tree. Listen to Your Heart by D.H.T. makes me think of Summer ’05, which was when I joined. We were visiting my grandma’s house, and it couldn’t download MS, so I played at my cousin’s house. Unfortunately, that song was playing on loop on her computer, and I was not allowed to turn it off. It’s stuck with me ever since. Et cetera, et cetera. You don’t want to know what kind of music I listen to of my own choice.

Back on topic. Thief joined ZarBear (shameless advertising of guild) about two weeks ago. Since then, we’ve gotten closer. About a week ago, he got NX and asked me to marry him. *Big shock* (That’s not sarcasm, by the way.) But. . . I said no. Maple relationships almost never work out in the end. (He’s still looking for someone, by the way. I’m eager to marry him off and attend my first Maple Wedding. Tee hee. *Puts up ads all over Maple* lvl 55 bndt lookin 4 gf, hav NX!!1@)

Anyways, that Mr. Sandman-item-getting quest is ending really soon, and I still don’t have enough tickets. Hopefully, I’ll get enough soon. My brother, Thief, and I have this little ticket sharing thing: I give Thief all my blue wish tickets and my brother green tickets. In return, they give me yellow tickets. If I don’t get enough for Eclipse Earrings, oh well. I’ll probably trade em in for green tickets and give em to my little bro. 😀

Random fact: My brother joined the Maple community during my aunt’s wedding reception at Jimmy’s house. All the little boys and girls were upstairs playing on his four computers. (FOUR! We only have ONE!) Funnest. Wedding. Ever. <3
