It’s here! 4th job! The thing everyone’s been waiting for!!!!!!!
Think again. This change could mean a change for the worse.
I would first like to point out that for those noobs who wanted 4th job and aren’t
even lvl 120 or above, get the hell out. This isn’t gonna be fun.
Earlier before, there was a person who managed to find out the total number of
ppl who are lvl 120 and above. That number is 4000.
Back on basil or on any other forum, we have noobs who aren’t even close to that
lvl begging for it. No, don’t start flaming me yet. I haven’t reached my point.
First off, personally, I think that 4th job is great! It means inspiration for those who have
nothing to do. It gives ppl an incentive to train for. But the thing is, what about those
who have already reached 120 and beyond?
Think about it. It’s not that hard. Im pretty sure a decently sized portion of those lvl 120
and beyond are jerks. I don’t know how 4th job is gonna turn out but i know this for sure:
Massive ksing beyond belief. MKBB. (Hopefully i can start this new maple slang).
Im sure ppl here have experienced a high lvl who have disdained their lower lvl peers.
Just think, with their new superior status, they’ll grow snobbier
but there are some who’ll use their status to help others. For that, I am thankful for.
For those who abuse this 4th job…. I just feel sorry for all.
Pretty much all the new 4th jobs will have a huge potential to ks any class.
There are arguments saying that these people will simply train and stay out of our way.
These people are going to enjoy their power, but even so, they can get bored.
We all have had an urge to ks. Please don’t deny this. You know it and you’ve done it.
I admit it myself. I have done it before.
I won’t even give a shred of pity to those low lvls who begged for this, only to find
that their dreams will turn on them. In fact, I’ll feel satisified. Woot, i get to ride a piggy.
However, even though people claim we’re behind all the other maplestories out there,
we need to realize that this change can be bad. What’s the point of asking for something
that you won’t probably ever get to do? I’m lvl 80. I’ll probably quit before I even hit 120.
There are those who are dedicated to this game and I respect that.
When the time comes for the 4th job to reveal it’s true colors, I’ll be there to laugh at those who wanted it
and will inevitably come to curse it.
If however, 4th job proves to be a blessing for all, then I will humbly admit that I was wrong and ask for
forgiveness for this rant. Otherwise, just wait and see.

And I’ve never really cared when 4th job was gonna come out, I always thought it was gonna be in like 3 years, but now it’s a month away, I really don’t know. 4th job isn’t going to give me anything. Leafre isn’t really going to give me anything but a place to go die in.
Though I do wish I had a level 120 ranger for a SE mule XD

Things haven’t changed much, in SEA, and we already have the 4th job. Or maybe I’m not actively involved enough in the usual run of training to notice. But yeah, people still walk past you at trainings spots and show off their skills. Mages wander past with their fugly golem things and murder your mobs along the way. How is this different from that 3rd job DK walking past and showing off their Dragon thingy? >>;
It’s just same old same old. Unless, of course, you piss off someone. -_- Then I don’t know whose fault that is, meh. Them pros usually have ‘something better to do’ then to KS a lower than lvl 1xx noob.
And. Fourth job seems like such a pain, to get them skills. You have to SCROLL them, and they have success rates. Each skillbook is now going for like, 5m to 50m. Imagine if you phail a 50m skillbook. *wince*

I wouldn’t really bother, even if I did have a 104 DK, Dark Knight just isn’t worth it.
I have to agree with you, people get power sick. They end up abusing there abilitys, people tend to do that alot. Like very literate people telling me how my grammar is crap(yes it can be related in a way). Its just human kind is a majority selfish or wicked when given certain freedoms. People also tend to over look things, like skills and abilitys. Even though im lvl 90 i still have 30 lvls to go till i get 4th job, but still, im plenty excited. I dont give mesos to every low lvl that asked me. Sometimes i would go to HHG to haste random low lvls. I dont abuse my powers, but sometimes its necessary to defend myself.

I DO look forward to smashing ice blocks on top of monsters, but that distant 4th job with the distant and yet so appealing 4th job skills makes me REALLY want to train.

Put on another pair of glasses, the majority of the ks-ing will be between the 4th jobbers, barely any of them will go and stalk an 8x or lower if they didn’t before.
