As the man stepped through the mirror, Jing kept crawling backwards. So unreal, so impossible, these things were far beyond the realms of reality. Aproaching Jing, the enlightened Jing came face to face with the darker twin. The darker Jing widened his eyes, unaware of the anomaly of this unprecidented event. The lighter Jing grasped the other’s collar and lifted the darker Jing to his feet.
“Jing, you know why I’m here.”
“What are you talking about? You just came out of nowhere!” the darker Jing screamed.
“Of course Jing. I am your other half you’ve compressed deep within your soul. The essence of light has become faint. The balance of your soul has been corrupted.” The lighter Jing seemed to whisper his words.
“No it hasn’t! It’s power! You don’t understand my power!”
“But Jing, your lust for power has shunned who you are. You’re not Jing without me.”
“I don’t need you! I don’t need anyone!” He thrusted his arms at the lighter Jing, pushing him away.
“Then why must you beg for the girl to come?”
“You don’t need to know!”
“But Jing, I know why. You’ve forgotten already that I’m the suppressed half of you. You don’t need her. You don’t need anyone. But you do need me.”
“Why?”
“Embrace me, and you’ll understand.”
“What’s the point? I’ve lost everything! I can’t go back!”
“Jing, you know-” Cut off again, the darker Jing assaulted the other but the lighter Jing assaulted at nearby tree to evade the attack. The darker Jing assualted back at the other, but the lighter Jing struck the other Jing six times savagely. The darker Jing fell to his knee with one of his hands on the ground supporting his body whilst the other grasped his chest. The darker Jing realized this a battle he could not win. This was a battle where waters flooded and rained on the light ember. The flame was no match for the tsunami. This is the resolution to his soul.
