To be honest, this is my favorite Episode so far. I hope you feel the same way. Enjoy!

When we got the Grupin Tails we headed back to Eric’s house. His parents were great cooks and the meal was fantastic. After we ate we all just sat and talked to each other. We were having a great time. It was getting late and so we decided to go to sleep. I ended up sleeping on the floor because there was not enough beds for everybody.

The next day I woke up earlier than everyone so I decided to go to Grupins to find out who the fire mage was. I went to the same spot and waited for about 20 minutes. No one came so I decided to head back.

“Where were you?” Amy asked.

“Oh I just went out for a run.” I said hoping that she wouldn’t notice that I wasn’t tired or sweating.

I went inside to eat breakfast. Afterwards, Eric, Amy and I decided to go for a walk. I suggested that we take the path toward Grupins hoping that I would see the fire mage again. They agreed and we started to walk there.

Along the way we were talking and laughing. At one point I caught myself reaching for Amy’s hand but pulled back at the last second. We started to race each other and run around. When we got to Grupins we noticed we were lost. We didn’t know our way back because there were many trails that led to Grupins but we didn’t know which one we took. We started calling around for help.

Then I saw him. The fire mage was at the far corner skillfully teleporting and killing Grupins with his strong Fire Arrow spell. I decided to ask for directions.

“Excuse me; do you know which path to take to get back to Orbis?” I asked politely.

“Yeah.” He said looking up. “It’s over… wait… are you… Kevin?” he asked.

“So it is you! Hey Patrick!” I said with excitement.

At this point Amy and Eric ran over.

“Does he know the way back?” Eric asked.

“Patrick, is that you?” Amy asked.

“Hey Amy!” Patrick replied.

“Wow you really buffed up since Maple Island. Nice Dark Ritual.” I said complimenting him.

“Thanks, too bad I can’t quite wield the Kage yet.” He said disappointingly.

“Umm sorry to interrupt, but who are you?” Eric asked looking very puzzled.

“Good question, I’m Patrick. And you are…?” Patrick responded.

“Eric.” He replied.

“And how do you know Kevin and Amy?” Patrick asked.

“Well you see…” Eric started.

“Let me explain.” I interrupted. “Amy, Patrick, and I all met at Maple Island. Patrick, Eric, Amy, and I went to school together. But I got expelled, so now we’re here with basically no money and we’re staying with Eric’s parents.”

“Money problems? Don’t worry I can take care of it. I have too much money to know what to do with nowadays.” Patrick said laughing. “I found a bunch of trinkets here at Grupins that I haven’t gotten around to selling. Here you go guys.”

Patrick gave me a Geta, gave Amy a Thorns, and gave Eric a Tobi.

“Wow thanks man, I owe you one.” I said.

“Yeah this is a really nice present.” Amy said happily.

“Although I just met you, you seem like an awesome guy.” Eric complimented.

“Ah no problem. In fact, you can come live with me and my friend. He inherited a really big house from his parents that is too big for us.” Patrick said assuringly.

“Wow thanks!” I said happily.

Patrick showed us the way back to Orbis and we said our goodbyes to Eric’s parents. Patrick led us to this gigantic mansion on a private street.

As I was walking with my friends, I thought that all my troubles had disappeared. Unfortunately, I was wrong…
