Hello fellow Maplers/MMOtalers. I ahven’t posted in a while so I decided to make a blog on something I noticed.
As you all of you probably know (unless your MS doesn’t work. Then “haha! loser” Just Kidding.) there is a Thanksgiving quest going on. You collest letters and win NX cash.
BUT!..
[insert dramatic music here]
Have you noticed that the letters “M” and “S” are sold for riduculus(sp?o.o) prices?

Highly trustable source(a.ka. me) said: ” Yeah. Prices in BasilMarket are crazy. “

The reason for this I believe are that “M” and “S” are the hardest to find.

Uhh…. Or that, too.
Wait a minute! Who are you and how you get here?

*10minutes and several injuries later*
Whew…Finally I got that kid out. Anyway back to my observation.
So. You buy these letters for mesos and get NX-cash for them. Do you notice it yet?
*cricket chirps*
Fine don’t talk to me! *sniff*

Ok I feel better now. Ok I’ll explain it to those who don’t see it yet.
As you know. The MapleStory staff clearly stated that buying/selling NX-cash through mesos was illegal. (well it was clear until Nexon took that notice off)
Well now people are buying letters with mesos and getting inn return NX-cash .
It’s basically people buying NX-cash through mesos. Maplestory is actually letting people buy NX-cash. Maybe not directly but overall they are.
I’m not sure if MapleStory has realized thier flaw(thought I highly doubt them or they would’ve done something like make letters nontradable/droppable) but I just wanted to point it out.
Well that’s all. Now I need to go work on my last chapter of Blitz &Me.

    even so since its from them it wont be against the rules

    it pretty much states in the TOS they can do w/e they want

It’s not like the event is letting people trade mesos to an stranger online and give them their ID and password, in hopes that that stranger will steal their parent’s credit card, create a fake paypal account, log in your account, and charge NX Cash for you, all while racking up the theft/fraud/whatever charges for the companies or people involved.

    How is anyone supposed to spend time with their families if they are mapling nonstop to get a letter which is almost impossible to get?
