As dawn approached It started to get cold. I saw Helen shivering. I picked her up qand took her back to our room. I left her on the bed and I grabbed my Olympus and woke up Blitz. He greeted we with a lick on the face and we headed out.

I walked through the woods untill I found a spot where I could train. I wanted to use the ice javelin attack with Blitz. Maybe even get him to transform again. We spent the whole morning training.

By the time we headed back to the inn we had already mastered the ice javelin. But the transforming part, we didn’t have any luck. We needed more info on it. I hoped when we reached Elliinia we would get that info.

After breakfast we decided to move out. As we walked through the roads of Sleepywood I saw a gang of assassins following us. We just ignored them and kept walking. I could tell Helen felt a little uneasy.

All of a sudden the assassins used haste and went a little faster. Some of them jumped in front of us. They surrounded us. I pulled out my Olympus while Helen pulled out her Cromi and Dan his Korean Fan. The assassin just laughed and pulled out thier claws. By the look of thier Guardians I could take them on if it as one on one. But that was an “if”. We were way outnumbered for one on one matches.

“We’re from Rion.” one of the assassins stated. He was the only one with an Avarice. “Hand over the grupin.”

“Psh. Like I would.” I replied with confidence. “Blitz get ready.” I whispered to Blitz who was on my head.

Ok, he replied.

“Then die.” the assassin shouted. The other assassins fired stars like crazy. Me and Blitz used ice javelins to stop the stars.

“Run!” I yelled. We were strong but we couldn’t take on all these assassins. We kept running with the assassins rihgt on our tails. We headed toward the woods. In the protection of the trees we were hidden form the assassins.

“I think we lost them.” I whispered. We were in a ruins. I looked into the edges of the ruins to see any signs of movements.

“That was close.” I sighed. “How do these Rion guys keep finding us?”

I heard no reply.

“Guys?” I asked. They were just staring at something. It was the rock I was leaning on. What was wrong with it? I soon got my answer. The slits appeared in the rock and they opened revealing two red eyes. It was alive!

:I quickly jumped back and notched an arrow. It was a Dark Gollem. I quickly fired an arrow which Blitz turned into an ice javelin. It struck the monster and he cumbled.

“Whew. That wasn’t too ba-” I froze. There in front of us were hunndreds of Dark Gollems waking up! I quickly shot down each one as it awoke but there were too many. Dan and Helen started to help, too. Dan attacked with savage blow chipping away bits of them until they were dust. Helen kept freezing them all and then destroy them with lightning. Even with thier help there were still too many.

As the Dark Gollems came toward us Blitz created a wall of ice. The Dark Gollems pounded on the ice making cracks all over it. They destroyed it in seconds. One of the Dark Gollems alked across the crusedh ice and punched me. It hit me and I went flying. I hit a wall had and it crumbled. As the dust cleared I saw Helen rushing toward me.

“David!” she shouted. I couldn’t move at all as she gave me some potions while Dan and Blitz were bravely defending us. I wasn’t sure how bad my injuris were but they hurt like h3ll. I coughed viollently as blood gushed out of me.

Helen looked horrified as the blood kept coming out. She took a couple deep breaths as she calmed her self.

“Stop bleeding…” she whispered pressing her hands on my chest. What was she doing? All of a sudden a green light surrounded me. I felt the blood stop coming out and my skin began to re-stich as my bones came back together. How could she heal? She was a lightning/ice wizard.

Right now that didn’t matter. The Dark Gollems had already took down Dan who lay unconcious on the floor. As a Dark Gollem took a punch at me Helen jumped in front of me. She crashed into the ground.

“Helen!” I yelled. I used arrow bomb and killed the Dark Gollem. I rushed to Helen’s side. She was bleeding bad and some of her bones were probably broken. Tears ran down my face. Please don’t ler her be dead.

As I cried over Helen another gollem tried to punch me. This time Blitz blocked the attack. HIs sharp horn stood against the gollem’s fist. The gollem pulled his arm back and prepared to punch again.

Blitz horn was bleeding. It trickled down his face. One drop of blood fell on the ice crystal. Just like before it glowed blindingly and Blitz transformed. He gave a thunderous roar in his bigger body. He opend his mouth and released icicles, thousands of them heading toward the gollems. They all fell easily.

He had defeated every single Dark Gollem so easily, it was unbelievable. He glowed again and returedn to his original form. He lay unconcious.

I picked him up gently and put him on my head.

“Help me carry your friends.” The voice shocked me. It was an elderly man picking Dan up. I wasn’t sure what to do but he was obviously a friend. I picked up Helen and togther we walked through the woods.
