The man looked down at the road. It was blaring on fire after a monstrous rampage from the mysterious monsters. It was an unusual change of habits for the monsters from the hunting grounds to revolt and attack. With a flick of his wrist, a man walked to him.
“Your orders, Sir?” inquired the servant.
“Give Sergeant John the paper, NOW!” roared the man.
The servant quickly hurried away. The man walked to his laptop, punched in a few words.
“The Time Has Come”
Then he quickly pressed enter and a confirmation beep echoed in the air. He silently stepped into the elevator, and was gone.
Location: Victoria Island, Thicket Around the Beach 1
Time: 8:35 am.
Cadvan had recently awoken from an early night’s rest. He threw his alarm clock on the ground, smashing his 65th new alarm clock.
“Whoops!” chuckled Cadvan “Better stop doing that.”
He quickly began his early exercise routine practising the dark arts on any stumps or green snails that might be unlukily enough to cross his path. He quickly equipped his fruit knife, which was his first birthday present, which was from his father, who recently passed away because of his company’s operations, which led to danger. At his dying breath he said “Avenge me, and stop this horrible terror, Control Inc. have created a new machine, it’s sole purpose is used to control..” Then he died. A tear drop fell down Cadvan’s face as he remembered that solemn and serious day.
An unlucky green snail came trudging up to him as he jumped stealthily over it and stabbed it in the back. Perfect, just as normal, Cadvan thought. But he was so wrong. 5 minutes later, after stabbing and slashing at snails and stumps, he found a small area of land where there were no shrubs. Abruptly, stumps and snails dropped from the thick branches of the trees. Fear pierced Cadvan’s heart as he wondered what was happening. Adrenaline helped Cadvan bolster his way out of this mess. As he speedily leapt and dodged over the Stumps and snails, he didn’t notice a beeping in the tree that the creatures dropped down from.
As soon as he saw the coast was clear, he retraced his step and found himself back at home, safe. When he reached home, there was a mysterious letter in his mailbox. He read the letter:
Dear Cadvan,
We have heard of your disturbing news of your father and we would like to help. We have also notice the strange activity of the creatures on this island and we believe that your father has a connection with it. This is a limted time offer and you would also be joining our newly created guild, known over the lands as TheSaviours.
Yours Truly,

Wow, my first story, and i think i took a good shot too! Well, click the button if you liked it! =D, Also, if you can add what I can do to improve on it?
Lol. And I always thought you couldn’t write for cr*p.
well,he really proved you(mrlumpy =p) wrong!Nice story!
Interesting. But the part about his father bequeathing him a fruit knife of all things (no offense) to save the world was 0_0. Ah well, reminds me of those RPGs when you shouldnt throw away your beginner weapon cos it gets omega-powerful later.
hazaaar! i think i will continue this!
