   anyone know?

5. EDT = Eastern Daylight Time – it’s the time on the East Coast when Daylight Savings Time is in effect. So, to go to CDT (Central Daylight Time), subtract 1 hour, and then another hour if you want to go to CST (Central Standard Time). Thus, it’d actually be 1-3 in CST and 2-4 in CDT. Silly Benjamin Franklin.
