A Future Hero Ch 6: Tournament Starts

With some inspiration, I decide to write this one a little different.

———

Cloud, Jaci, and Inapoi were very excited about this new tournament, so the contestents got ready.

Cloud checked the sharp Steelies his friend Starz has given him, and the icicles his old friend Xia has given him. He cherished both. With all his stars recharged and in a leather sack, his Meba tightly around his right arm, and his clothing fitted on him, he was ready as he could ever be.

Inapoi, our young hero, with his wand firmly in his hand, his wizardy hat tightly on his head, his split top and pants on him, he too was ready. He even practiced his Energy Bolt and Magic Claw on some mushrooms to see if they were strong enough.

Jaci was just going to cheer, so she gave a kiss to Inapoi and said, “Good luck” to Cloud.

So they went to Lith again. It was summer, the sun was shining brightly above them. It seems that they made a huge arena in the middle of Lith!

GM: Ladies and gentlemen! Thank you for coming! Now let the elimination rounds begin!

A Maple Administrator was over the P.A. and said,

” In the elimination rounds, all maplers will be put into small arenas and compete against each other, 1-on-1. Each winner of a match wil go on to the next round where each round has only 2 maplers going 1-on-1, having the whole arena.”

So every mapler who signed up were randomly put into a small arena, each with an elemental arena, ranging from Ellinia’s forest to Perion’s desert.

GM: Mapletip, Please do not “kill” your oppenent. You will fight until the one is knocked out or gives up.

Cloud was chosen to fight a Fighter, going by the name of Dragon, a Scimitar in his hands.

Inapoi was chosen to fight another mage, a little bit stronger than him.

[Cloud’s Fight]

So Cloud and Dragon are facing each other in a small cage while hundreds of maplers are fighting too, in other small arenas, each were determined to win.

START!!

A virtual Kerning appeared. They started, Dragon rushed at him with his Scimitar, but with swift and agile moves, Cloud dodged almost every swing. He was hit only once at the tip of his Bamboo hat.

Cloud: Hehe, I’m gonna need a new hat.

Cloud jumped up high and threw his Steelies at Dragon’t chest, they broke through his armor and he fell onto the floor. When Cloud landed, Dragon had already rushed at him, faster than before, his Scimitar also glowed brightly it was Power Strike..

To Be Continued.

I actually wrote this on paper. I put a lot of effort in it.
