Settling In

As you can see I’m a total sucker for MMOs. This time I’m into this one, FlyFF.

I quickly settled in nicely when I first began. I got sort of ditzy with the controls at first, but it has that feel of Survival Project. I still have control experience from that game. I also met quite a few friends when I began. When I first began I acted like when any person starts a new game, a newbie. But I have the trait that helps me learn quickly.

There’s some things that I liked in the game.

Filter’s not as strict as Maplestory’s.
No hackers in sight.
Flying!
The community’s better.
Rarely any KSing.
Constant quests.
Vagrants have skills. ^^

It only took me like three weeks to get to level 15. Some of you think I’m slow, but to me it feels fast. Because I leved up practicaly every day, sometimes twice. Occasionaly when I train, I have the weirdest luck. I sometimes find set equips, above average weapons, cards, even Power Dice. I found my first Power Dice when I still was a Vagrant. To my luck, I made my first sale with that in like 20 seconds. I set it up, titled it, then BOOM! Sold! Some people say it’s easy to earn money, and they’re right. I already have scored 200k Penya from selling cards and the Power Dice. What Power Dice is it? It’s a Power Dice 4.

While training I saw a guy making a mob train of Lawolves. It was quite comical when people do that. As soon I reached level 15, that was my first turning point. I get indecisive VERY EASILY so I had trouble with the 4-way intersection. I like melee, but magic as well so it doesn’t narrow it down very well. Mercenaries are the warriors, Mages are elemental spellcasters, Assists are the buffers, and Acrobats are Archers. After finding out about the split path of the Assist, I have made my decision. I chose my path of the Assist.

This is my first turning point. I was able to reset my skills so I can make it the build of a Billposter, the melee class. To me, Assists are FlyFF’s Acolytes. Acolytes can go on the path of buffing as a Priest or the path of fist-fighting as a Monk. I was able to communicate with people very well because I randomly heal/buff them when they need it. I don’t get a lot of ranomd heal/buff plz requests which makes me even more fitted in. I get touchy from constant requests like that. I like helping poeple out. But there’s a time when I want to resurrect someone but I don’t have the skill to do so. I also was able to skip one of the knuckles in the store because I found a Cram Knuckle +3 from a Grownup Lawolf. I still have it even though I have a Beetle Knuckle, which is stronger. The knuckle got me through from lv 15 all the way to 22. I had to repair it at one time because theDurability went down to 75%.

I also told a friend at school about FlyFF he got excited when I told him about Mercenaries. He got really excited when they can become Knights. He got REALLY REALLY excited when you can ride hover boards. I had to do a sucker slap on him to regain his senses.

Whew, that must be one of my longest blogs ever. Wanna meet me? Look for me at the Lawolf server 1-2 or 1-3. My IGN’s pretty obvious to guess too. Still can’t find me? Look up. I usually fly on my Projan Broom.
