Mac or Windows

I’m have currently saved up $2,000 for a new laptop computer. I was wondering what are the pros and cons of having either Windows or Mac. Im kinda gearing towards toward Mac, but im still not sure because i would want stuff like Msn, and maybe games, and i already know maple story wont play on a Mac so im fine with that. Also is there an internet browser similar to firefox or better that i can use.

Please enlighten me on the Mac and state your pros and cons of both Mac and Windows. P.S. I know you can play windows on a Mac but would it work on a laptop or just a desktop. And how would running both windows and mac interfaces work on my computer. Im sorry that im asking too much. Thank you for reading my blog. And thank you for your time.

And to make this a little about maple story I levelled today and my friends gave me a 4atk wg. Yay!

    No kidding, take Windows. It’s the best choice. I think >.<

  3. Search around with Google. There’s a BootCamp programme that allows you to run Windows XP on the Mac. There shouldn’t be much of a difference after you get XP running on the Mac with that programme. I think it works the same for both laptop and desktop.

  6. I’d go with Windows, since its easier to work with. And yes, you can run XP on a mac, but the procedure is pretty troublesome.

  7. Mac is incredibly more user friendly all around, but there is no such thing as a Mac gamer. There’s like two games in existence for Mac. On the other hand, you can get MSN on the Macintosh no problem. Macintosh is good for presentations and projects.

    Windows is altogether more of a pain to use, but if you’re a little technologically inclined like myself, no problem. Windows is hands down better for gaming, all around.
