I can’t stand inviting random people into planned PQs.
Are people really that careless to say that they NEED a Cleric to survive a Boss battle in a PQ? Last night, we lacked a person for our usual Guild OPQ, so I invited a random person in the party. One of the first things she noticed was that we had no Cleric. 5/6 of us are guildmates BTW.
Okay, the girl was a Spearman. She says that we’re going to die at Boss. We tell her that we have Bossed without a Cleric; in fact, we have NEVER had a Cleric in the party before. She still went on about not making it through Boss. She sat out because she lags a lot (understandable) and I sat out as usual because I can’t hit higher than 1s on Papa. So we had 4 people fighting at Papa; level 71 (lole leveling in PQ), level 63, level 56, level 52.
We won. No one died. The girl was surprised we’d won without a Cleric, so we basically showed that you don’t NEED a Cleric to succeed in a PQ.

If you have 2 clerics, even better. Lol.
People are always too dependent on Clerics.

Agreed with all of the above. Clerics are darn USEFUL, no questions asked. But are they totally, 100% necessary? Nope. Well, not unless you’re in a ZPQ. Otherwise, do something that most people have forgotten: USE POTS.
And that is all.
Not that we really need clerics in zPQ either. You just hafta kill pots.

Throughout my whole Mapling career, I’ve only used a cleric/priest when my cleric/priest friends were available. If not, I just went soloing. I don’t get why the heck so many people bish about clerics/priests! D:

that happens so much, same with a spearman and hb, in my party last night, the lead (sin) continually said hb! after insulting our spearman, who then denied him it, then the lead went off on how he almost died and hb would have made it better , blah blah blah, 3 of us just said pot more you idiot and he shut up for a while. its weird how people do this 0.0

I don’t do PQs anyway o.o
‘Cause for one, my first OPQ, the cleric was always BSing at me because I kept falling off. And two, GPQ. I dislike glitching, for obvious reasons (cheating). So yeah. I just train with my cleric friend (we do everything together ^^) or do quests, unless I PQ with friends/guildmates. :]
