Blogging from El Nath

Hello internet world. I’m kind of down right now. A lot has been going on. Well first of all, I’m a bit homesick right now. I thought I’d be back in Victoria Island by now but so many things have come up and I had to take care of those things right away.

After leaving the Korean Folk Town I went to El Nath to search for Spiruna’s black crystal. Sure enough, I found it… but there was one problem… it was cracked! Spiruna blamed me for cracking it, too. So that got me frustrated because I nearly died searching for that black crystal! So I start heading out and surprisingly, her assistant pulled me aside and told me what I could do to have the crystal fixed. I won’t go into details about all of that but I was able to get the ingredients to get it fixed, and while Spiruna was in good spirits I learned that her assistant was Hella! I remember Elma the housekeeper and her friend Jade have been wondering where Hella has been so now I’m glad that I can let them know that she is safe.

Finding Hella cheered me up for a while but that feeling was short lived. You see, I found an old ring and Alcaster recommended that I take the ring to Scadur because he apparently could be able to give me valuable information about the ring. So I take the ring to Scadur and that creep took the ring away from me! >:| And he told me to not even try to wrestle the ring away from him because he’s strong blah blah blah! WHATEVER! I personally think that I could’ve taken him down, but I did want him to give me the information I needed (and hurting others isn’t the way of a Cleric) so I did him a favor to get the ring back. I actually just finished that task right now and got him 100 hector tails and 100 white pang tails. So I got the ring back and he told me to see Dances with Balrog in Perion, but I’m not going yet. While hunting for the Contract of Darkness earlier this week I discovered a new training spot for myself – killing zombies. There is a lot of evil going on up there in the dungeon, especially in the forest which I learned is called The Forest of Dead Trees. So I’m going to be heading back over there to help keep the zombies growing population down.

I’m a little bummed that my husband isn’t here with me to see all of these new places with me right now. Especially here in El Nath, it brings back a lot of memories. I remember when we were younger and got tired of training we’d explore El Nath.

And we were so weak we’d never get past certain areas because the monsters were far too strong for me.
