Asianic Scroll Theory: Stupid or Smart?

This thought i’ve been having has been stuck in my mind since level 50. I know I’m going to reach lv 60 soon and I know I will need a Asianic Bow cause my current Olympus isn’t particularily strong (Stats: 75 Atk, Acc+2,0 slots) but I have managed to keep my damage range up witha 6 atk work glove and warrior pills from Ludi bringing my total attack to 86. But over the course of leveling up from 50-59 where I stand now I came up with a theory of how I’m going to scroll my Asianic, assuming I get one. My fellow guild members have suggested to stick with 60% scrolls cause there is a greater change of them working therefore may also allow me to have a decently strong bow. But on the other hand I thought what if I used straight 10%. I brought up that by using 60% scrolls yes i can have more scroll working but with the lack of attack it can increase, at least with 10% i can probably get 1-3 working. One 10% scroll is as effective as 2 60% and 1 100%, 60% scrolls for bows are kinda expensive these days which is why I decided to stick to my 10% theory. Here’s how i worked out the math:

Asianic: 75 Akt Base -> Using 10% scroll -> 1) 80 Atk 2) 85 Atk 3) 90 Atk 4) 95 Atk 5) 100Atk 6) 105 Atk 7) 110 Atk
I know that getting more than 3 to work is just dumb luck but let’s say more than 3 worked, there is a good chance i could even skip a Hinkel at lv 70. Now using the 60% theory it works out this way:

Asianic: 75 Atk Base -> Using 60% scroll -> 1) 77 Atk 2) 79 Atk 3) 81 Atk 4) 83 Atk 5) 85 Atk 6) 87 Atk 7) 89 Atk
1 10% scroll that works can be as effective as scrolling 2-3 60% scrolls and it would definately not cost as much.

At this point either my way of scrolling is completely stupid or its one that just might work out. What do you think?

  1. I would, try with maybe 3 10%’s, and if none of them worked, I would go with 60. If, lets say, one did, I would try one more and if it didn’t work, go with 60. If two did, I would try two more, etc, and if three did, I would try 3 more. 😀
