I saw a Vaccer in the Mushroom Garden. I think he was new at hacking, because the monsters were flying everywhere.
He cc’ed right after he saw me, so I couldn’t get his name, but I reported him. *Sigh.* I was too dumb to get his name!

hundreds of hackers are reported every day, yet few are banned
who should care at all about ONE hacker.
up to this date ive reported 6 hackers.
none of them have been banned as far as i know of
